This is with reference to the case 227509. I have cancelled my hotel booking HTLVPWTRYS and the refund is credited in go cash under promotional offer which is incorrect. I have already received response from Goibibo team which is inappropriate. The reason is follows: 1. I made a booking in Taj Ooty (Rs 11, 873) under FULLREFUND promotional scheme through which I was refunded 9900 points as part of promotional go back offer --> this was as per the Terms & Condition 2. Taj offered free cancellation and hence after sometime I cancelled the booking 3. As per the standard & transparent terms and conditions following things should have happened - my full amount should have been refunded and my promotional goibibo cash back should have been made 0. However Goibibo has refunded 1973Rs to me and continued my promotional cash back with lot of restrictions. Ideally this is my money and I have not received as part of goibibo offers and hence do not qualify to be part of promotional cash back. This is also against the rule of RBI where user is not allowed to use his money that is there in the wallet. So as part of next steps would request you following: 1. Either refund by 9, 900 Rs and make my promotional go cash as 0 2. Or move this 9, 900 promotional cash back to non-promotional cash back so that i can use it for next time purchase with no restriction. Please understand the current promotional go back points that i have is not received as part of any promotional offers and is actually my credit card refund and hence you cannot classify as promotional go back points Trust you will look into this and resolve the problem. We appreciate your feedback however please note that the t&c on our site very clearly states that in case of cancellation, the refund amount to be paid to the customer would be the amount after deducting the GoCash value. For example, if booking is done for a amount of Rs.1000 with 20% cashback. In case there is a cancellation with full refund, only Rs.800 will be returned to the bank while the Rs.200 will remain in GoCash.This Rs.200 cannot be refunded to the bank.

      Please refer to my Booking N0 GOPKG[protected] (Ravish kapoor) we had booked a flight & hotel Rs 14, 153 dt 28/02/2015 from credit card & it did not get confirmed booking so we were told that refund will take 5 days as on 28/2/15 I had booked from credit my card as till date no refund received as I try to reach customer care both call cannot reach & email I request I send on 24x7 express so many times flight catogery they say you call contact flight & hotel catogery which is not there on web site .           I bring to your knowledge that I have made bookings for stay at hotel summit namnang at gangtok for the following period. Check in 10/04/2015 to check out 12/03/2015, 2nd check in for 22/03/2015 to check out 24/03/2015, and third check in 24/93/2015 to check out 27/03/2015. While making the booking on the reservation page the cancellation policy stated was 24 hrs prior to check in before 900 hrs CANCELLATION charges will be zero, but to my utter shock when I tried to cancell the stay for check in 10/03/2015 and check out 12/03/2015 I was given a call from goibibi side saying that cancellation refund will be zero as its under a special scheme of the hotel and it's mentioned in the confirmation booking voucher, its ridiculous that all the terms and conditions should be mentioned before booking and not provided after booking, so I request you to do the needful and arrange for full refund as the booking was made as per CANCELLATION policy displayed at time of booking, .             Re: [#185046] is the ref number provided by Goibibo on 22nd Feb 2015 when I sent a mail. But till now I did not get any refund amount even after multiple reminders.Here I am mentioning my story once again. Myself Ravinder Gurram, I have booked my ticket on 20/01/2015 for 26th Jan 2015 journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai with NTR Express.Booking number is GOBUS38c8b[protected], seat numbers are J3 & J4and the fare amount is Rs.4616/- But that bus is cancelled by that service provider and they are also mentioning like from their end they have refunded the amount to Goibibo. I have been waiting for 2 months for the refund.If it is not happen I am sure I will post the same issue in social networking sites. This is for sure.

            Idiotic and cheater service provider which don't have a proper customer care number which will not respond to our calls. They have provided like 24X7 compliant service which will not work properly and when we try to complain and click on submit it's been loading, loading and loading. Lets see how many days we need to wait for the response. I think giving 1 star is also the worst rating, If I have less than that I could have give that rating.

              I have booked a refundable 2 night hotel stay at Mahabaleshwar at Ramsukh Hotel for the 20th and 21st of March 2015 on Goibibo.com website on the 9th of March 2015. The booking confirmation states that the Hotel booking can be cancelled before[protected]:59:00 IST, Cancellation charges will be 0% Cost.
              Although I want to cancel the booking, they are stating that I will not be able to get full refund as I have used their coupon code FULL REFUND.
              I have paid Rs.14, 758 using my HDFC Credit Card for this booking HTLV26K48H for which I would like to get full refund, but Goibibo.com is stating that because I have used their coupon I can only get partial refund of Rs.4, 758 back to my credit card.
              This is clearly not correct as the booking confirmation states the Cancellation charge will be 0% cost.
              I kindly request you to refund my full amount of Rs.14, 758 at the earliest.

                Bus refund not processed This is the message we got on our mob [protected] on 5th feb when we cancelled ticket…your customer care is not replying even after showing this message, refund is far story. 1.5 months passed, tired up writing to their customer care, their website doesn't take refund request… Cancellation has been done for the seat No 12, ticket No ht178759.Refund will be processed within 5 days.                   Hi, Booking was canceled by the bus operator and they allocated our seats to other for Rs 1700, telling us that our money will be refunded by Goibibo I had to pay another 1500 to bus operator to board the bus in cash as I didn't have any other option So total cost of my journey was Rs 2200, instead of Rs 700 Rs 1500+Rs 700 = Rs 2200 let me know what action you gonna take against bus operator and how I will get my money back ?                       I booked Flight+hotel package for Hyderabad Booking ID F6EW19MUE dated March 4, 2015, 3:11 p.m. I was to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore by Jet Aiwyas under PNR: TVGDRO and Ticket was not alloted by you and neither it was generated till the flight left I do not know whereabout of the ticket and your Site says its processing till the last minute.Jet Airways refused me to board the flight .                         GOIBIBO is the worst site ever. they deducted my amount from my debit card, also deducted my gocash balance and still the hotel booking was not confirmed. i tried to contact them, they made me hold for an hour and then replied that madam we are sorry u have to cancel the booking. i have not yet got any refund and also i am standing outside the hotel since 3 hours. neither are they refunding the amount nor did they confrm my bookng . please never trust goibo.

                            I booked ticket from Pune to Hyderabad for travel Dated 05th march 2015 with Satnam Jabbar travels. I booked this ticket on 14th Feb 2015. when i reached my boarding point yesterday i was told by the operator of the bus that the tickets booked with Goibibo has cancelled and you will be refunded the booked money. So when I reached goibibo site to register the complaint, the page keeps on loading when I submit the complaint request for refund and also their customer care number is pathetic it will never connect to the customer executive. Also when i booked the ticket from goibibo the fare was Rs.700 and i came to know that the Jabbar travels has sold the tickets at Rs.1700 one to two days before the travel. I had the worst experience with this travels and goibibo people for not responding. The bus operator cancelled the goibibo booked tickets just because he know that customer care cant be reached. I want proper justification,

When reached Rishabh Bali on Phone on Mar 4th he committed to send the invoice copy by Mar 5th . But that didn't happen.                                   Hello, I had booked flight with PNR W4FM5F, but my flight got cancelled. Spice Jet office people told us to raise refund from the portal from where you purchased the ticket. As per their instructions i had raised multiple requests on goibibo.com, but have received no reply from them. Also, no case number for complaints. When i call their customer care service, it gets disconnected automatically if we select complaint option. I am not able to connect to their advisors to get help.

                                    While booking two tickets both the desktop site and mobile application showed booking failure. Thus I booked other tickets, after an hour I get mail confirming the tickets that had booking failure have now been confirmed. Now I have two non refundable confirmed tickets which were booking cancelled in the first place. Several calls and emails have been made since but there has been no response from the Goibibo Team. It’s been three days and I still have not received any resolution as promised.

                                      Booked two tickets in Indigo from Kochi to Hyderabad and back.Booking IDN96EF75J9J. Date of booking- 6 Jan 2015.Date of travel-19th and 24th February 2015. One up and down ticket was cancelled on 17th February.Goibibo did this immediately and reciprocated with a mail confirming the cancellation and refund of the amount.tracking ID/Ticket no: 172823 and 172834 was assigned for this.This was an automated reply.they assured to call in two days time or earlier! but there was no call, no money.I made a reminder for the complaint through the website on 2nd March 2015, and immediately got an automated "courtesy reply" as they call it and here comes another tracking ID: 204979. No money or reply yet. If you call them on the phone number provided, you loose your money, but the automated system does not accomedate your complaint! So you have no way to complain or access to the company. It seems they are going to cheat me. Is there anything I can do than going to the consumer court?

                                        I had cancelled my round trip with Indigo airlines directly and they refunded the amount of Rs.8341 to GOIBIBO. They had sent me the mail also for that. Now GOIBIBO has only refunded me Rs.3341. I am mailing them continuously but they are not returning my refund. I had rescheduled my flight directly with indigo also so they refunded that amount also because i paid them extra for that. Now Goibibo people are again deducting the cancellation charges which are already deducted by the airlines. My booking reference id is Y2CTYB. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate actions against GOIBIBO.
