I had booked a return trip from Bangalore to Lucknow on goibibo website.
Details-
Date of journey :
Bangalore to Lucknow on 1st Feb
Lucknow to Bangalore on 8the Feb

But due to some personal work I got it rescheduled from airport counter (since i was not getting reschedule option on goibibo website) to 26the Feb. But finally I decided...

Ibibo rummy is an online gaming website where i deposited Rs.25,000 for the promotion they offered for an assured Samsung galaxy tab worth Rs.28,000.I have paid an additional Rs.4095 to claim the product.But after two months now they are saying samsung has stopped a particular tab model so they will give a blackberry 16 gb tab which is worth Rs.14,000.The kind of service from ibibo rummy is worst and they are also trying to cheat me on this.br...

I was booking a return ticked from Bangalore to Mumbai due to website failure the Bangalore to Mumbai ticked wasn't booked and only the Mumbai-Bangalore ticket was booked.

The total round trip cost of the ticked was Rs 5,497. While booking the ticked I had clearly noted that the forward ticked would cost Rs 2,767 and the return would cost me Rs 2,730. But the refund I received was a partly sum of Rs 2,462.

i played a real cash rummy game(game id[protected] of rs 50(winning amount rs 90) on ibibo but my opponent quit after the game got started.
as per the game rules i should have won that game as opponent quit, but may be due to some technical fault i was not declared the winner and i had to quit after 20 minutes or so, so i lost an amount of rs 50. i then complained to them, and after 9days they have refunded me rs 50 to my rummy account...

Dear Sir,
I had a flight which i cancelled on 26th feb. I have received mail from Goibibo that i will be receiving refund within 5 working days but till now i didnt receive my refund amount. These people are not giving proper answer . Please take this matter seriously....

I booked and was charged for:

spice jet SG-916 [protected] 21:35(HYD) [protected] 23:10(AMD)

Indigo 6E-371 [protected] 18:30(AMD) [protected] 20:10(HYD)

But I got the tickets for:

I wanted to purchase air ticket in the name of my sister Namita Pal on 01/01/12 from mumai to agartala for the date of 12/01/12 and return ticket for the date of 16/01/12.

-Money had been detucted from my account of Rs 12108/ for the tickets and ticket details was not mentioned.

- Immediatly I had contacted with goibibi customer care centre and they informed me due to technical error my ticket...

This is regarding the problem I am facing with the refund processing from GOIBIBO company.

I had booked two tickets from goibibo.com site for Kingfisher Flight IT-3147 for Jabalpur to Mumbai for Nov 22, 2011:

It costed me 4590 INR each while booking.
Later the flight was cancelled by Kingfisher and hence I had cancelled the tickets. As per my discussion with Kingfisher, I had confirmed that the refund...

I have booked a round trip ticket from goibibo and i paid 7918.00 INR and i cancelled my one way ticket after confirming them. they told they will refund for same with in 3-4 working days. now after that i long conversation i had with these frauds. but no response.

my next step for these kind of companies is i am going to book a domian named www.Complaintsofgoibibi.com and i will publish of there scams over there so that in...

i have canceled two air ticket from goibibo.com. As per thee process theey should refund thee amount back witheing 3 days. but now it is more thean 8 days and still theey have not refund thee amount back to my account. thee ticket details are given below.

Below is the mail from IBIBO. 13 days back. Still they haven't refunded my money yet. I confirmed with my credit card company they are saying the same thing. Credit card company just gave me the transaction codes for the same 821895 and 811363. They charged me twice for the same. 1 of these transaction should refund immediately..please Help

(this itself was strange from a consumer's point of view, why do you give a successful transaction message until airline confirms). Neways, goibibo...

Have not recd full refund for duplicate tickets issued for my travel in Dec2011 from Hyderabad to Bangalore. No reply recd for many emails sent to the goibibo team. Below is the last email recd which confirms the error from their side:

From last 2 months I am waiting for refund amount of PNRs DUSNHD and NDOCDF. Each time when I spoke to your customer care guys they say its almost done. Last time I spoke on 23rd dec 2011 and the lady told me they tried to refund the amount to my accout but because of technical failure it did not happened. So they will re-try after 2 days. From that day I am waiting......

On 2nd December, we cancelled four tickets (of my uncle Dr. K. M. Bhagat and my aunt Mrs. Saroj Bhagat, booked through my credit card) through their call center. I was informed that the tickets were cancelled at that I will be getting the refund within 4 working days. I even receieved a mail regarding the same. Till today, after one month of cancellation, I have not received the refunds.
