I was booked from goibibo on 16 february 2020 from bishkek to new delhi ticket details are given below thing is my flight was canceled due to covid-19 and today it is more than 1 year old but canceled Flight ticket refund money has not arrived in my account yet, I tried very hard to get my refund as soon as possible but till now the refund has not come. Please help me to get my canceled flight bookings refund back in my account .I will lot of try to contacts Goibibo but do not any response so this is last time of try and not get any response so went to help of court so please refund my money in my transaction account thank you

I booked a hotel for 2 rooms for 4 adults for 4 nights (18th -22nd) total amount -75083… due to work issues I had to partially cancel one of the rooms and did so on 16th and recieved the hotel voucher for the continued stay of the other room for 34836/- however I got refund of only 36019 /- .. I hav been asking where is the difference amount and time and again I am getting answers as the executive or their seniors are not able to give a solution. Infact one of the executives told me that it was a mistake and they r poor easing the refund of the 4k to my account.. however next day I get a different call and the executive changed their resolution answers every minute as they don’t have explanation for it … Total amount paid for 2 rooms 4 adults +1 child - 75083
Canceled and refunded amount for 1 room. 2 adults - 36019
Confirmed hotel room (not canceled) 1 room - 2 adults 1 child- 34836

I have booked 2 ticket for which payment deducted succesfully but i didnot get my bus tickets nor refund money, i checked on app about my trip but i didnot get my trip, i tried to call but they said no trip generated on this no. Kindly track my money

Is submitted that i booked a ticket from jasidih to New delhi for 25 july 2021 with a PNR no [protected]. However train got diverted from scheduled date and i was unable to travel. Consequently a TDR was raised by me but till today refund has not been received in my account.

In view of the above enquiries were made thrice at [protected]@irctc.in however refund has not been received yet in my account.

Reply from IRCTC is received according to which amount has been refunded on 12 Nov 2021 and asked to consult Goibibo.

Therefore my humble request to you that please refund the said amount for my convenience.

I Booked a Hotel From Goibibo App For 4 nights on 31st Dec 2021 At the Final stage of the Booking payment got deducted but Booking Didn't Happen At all So i Could not provide any booking reference. And we immediately started trying their Customer Service it Took us whole night but we couldn't connect and their is no way to connect to them directly.

If you could helps us in Refunding our money immediately as the booking time is passing from 1st Jan 2022. or if they resolve issue at earliest before checkin time passes allot the bookings for the hotel we actually tried.

Money deducted from account on 25-Dec-2021 but booking not confirmed also there is no refund from IBIBO group till 31-Dec-2021
Also there is customer support available on website and phone number not working

Hello, this incident is about 8 months back, i booked my flight PNR-VRFCQH.
Booking id - GOFLDMTAND2C[protected]
After booking flight, i wanted to reschedule, first time payment done reschedule failed, similarly second time and third time. I lost (3778+3778+3778).
Finally fourth time reschedule happened.
I thought my amount will be back within a week, but i did not receive any money.
I tried sending mails, calling customer care got no response.

Hi, I was just booking a flight in Goibibo but when I paid the money using UPI the money got deducted but there was no booking confirmation and email/message. The ticket is not booked but the money is deducted. Please resolve this issue.

I have booked a train ticket from Kolkata to mandarmani on 30 of December for three person amount 922.11. But the money has been deducted from my account and i have not recieve any tickets. so where is the money. please could you kindly look into the matter. you can see the details there.

I have booked a ticket via goibibo on 16th Dec, the amount of Rs 16502 was deducted from my account but the booking didn’t went through

I called the customer care next day and they mailed me stating the payment would be refunded in next 7 days by the payment gateway which is still not done and I need some support

There is no customer care number I am able to reach out to, all mail ids are bouncing back so I don’t know what to do and how to complaint

Today morning around 5:27 AM I have received a message from citi bank stating Ra 5495 spent on your card ending XXXX on IBIBO group private without pin/otp. How can a transaction be made without cvv details and OTP. What scam is going on. Refund my money.

I have visited hotel and hotel denied checkin due to not updated aadhar card. I was being humiliated and even goibibo doesn't care about their customers.
World bad company I have ever come through is goibibo.
I need my refund as I was denied checkin
Even this issue should not arise.
