My self Rakesh k I have booked a ticket to my mom through GOIBIBO on 8/11/2020 from Bangalore to Chicago
Chicago to Bangalore with the e-ticket no: GOFLIMTIOSD7CD[protected]
I call to one goibibo customer support to modify the ticket the support executive ask me to cancel the the ticket instead of modifying and he said that there will be a cancellation charges of Rs.2000 if you cancel the ticket with in 1 hour he advised me to cancel the ticket and he promised me that you will refund with 101000/- after taking 2-3 confirmation form him I canceled the ticket, after 2 weeks I got the refund of amount Rs.78977/-instead of 101000/- I called to the support team for 20 times no one is responding properly they always blaming on the airlines the support guy are literally torched me like any thing and they said that they don’t have any call records for the last 30 days and they simply close my issue
Plz help me

Somehow I found the hotel on Go ibibo and booked a room in a hotel and within seconds my payment has been deducted but I did not get any confirmation or notification from Go Ibibo for any booking after then I called at that...

    On 31st December around 9:30 am, I was trying to book an air ticket on GoIbibo for Travelling from Jodhpur to Kolkata. I selected a ticket, went to the payment page and entered the paypal details. Once I clicked on pay, it tried to process the payment for some time and I was told that payment succeeded. However, I never received any email confirmation for the ticket. Later on the same day I called GoIbibo, and the representative on the phone confirmed that the purchase was unsuccessful and that I would be refunded the amount o[censored]SD 297. Till this day I was charged that amount by my bank and I haven't received a refund. There is no way to contact anyone from GoIbibo (I forgot the number I had called that day). What makes me anxious is that there is no proof from GoIbibo that I paid this amount, except for my bank statement. Also a quick online search showed that other people have faced similar situations and had to wait for months for the refund.

      1. Why i am not able to see the history bookings in my account.

      2. I haven't received refund of my tickets from DEL-BOK and it's been 2 years now and i am still waiting for my refund.

      Have you guys hide the history so that i cannot raise concern or see any update on my raised concern for the refund?

      Please resolve both the issues at the earliest.

          Hi My name is Rakesh Kumar as i was doing a booking a Bus ticket from Vadodra to Hyderabad on 09/01/2022 from Redbus but after reaching to payment option i entered my Credit Card detail and entered the Proceed payment but at the end page went back showing you did not select the seat and amount of 2835 deducted from my Credit Card while after filing every information we can direct to proceed payment. But at the end ticket not booked and i received message from my Bank (Rs.2, 835.00 spent on your Card ending with 6111 at IBIBO group PVT LTD. i did not receive any Transaction detail neither received any booking confirmation.

                The hotel has sent the mail to Goibibo to refund my one day booking without any penalty, due to Covid abs flight cancellation but Goibibo team is just not contactable . Ried infinite times .

                  i have booked one ticket of spicejet flight SG635 for travel on 27th July 2017 from Mumbai to Ahmedabad in my name as Rajesh Gupta through Goibibo & paid total amount Rs. 1453/-
                  "The following confirmation received from the airline on 29th Nov 2021. please be informed that as per our records above PNR stands canceled and we have refunded the amount of 288 INR towards the travel agency account dated 28th July, 2017. We request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim the refund. Also note that the travel agency will refund the amount as per their own terms of contract."

                  I am constantly following up with Goibibo for refund of Rs. 288/- but the travel agency is not responding till date.

                  when can i get my refund. Even it is surprising that why it was not automatically done in 2017.

                    Hello, This incident was on 31 December 2021.
                    I've tried to book a hotel using the UPI payment option through goibibo app.
                    The first time tried with UPI and it does not confirm the booking saying try again, but the amount was debited from my bank account. Then Second time I tried again with UPI still showed the retry page and the amount got debited.
                    So a total of two times the amount got debited (Rs 6130 + Rs 6130) total Rs 12260. No
                    The third time tried with the debit card option not UPI and the payment getting confirmed.
                    The failed amount didn't get received after 4 days.No email or any updates when called on the customer care number they keep on saying they are checking and will give you an update within 24 to 48 hours

                      I have received the refund confirmation on 6th Dec 2021 for my Booking Id GOMUPKGINTMOBF75CB66 but the amount is yet not credited to my wallet as its been nearly one month by now. I have reached out and followed up multiple times to the customer service support, call centre but of absolutely no help and assistance. This is my last resort as I really need this to cope up in the current pandemic times please

                        I and my wife were denied check-in by hotel and I have raised issue with goibibo multiple times then also goibibo not refunding my money.
                        Please never book ticket from goibibo as they are truely a fraud company.

                          I tried to book a hotel ticket by Goibio on 3 January 2022.
                          First time the payment got failed. But the amount debited from my account. I thought the amount will get refunded shortly. So I tried for the second time.
                          this time the payment was successful. But when I check the account the amount credited two time. Then I searched about this in google. Then I found similar issues for more people. So I cancelled my ticket. This is a kind of cheating to the customers. Its happening for all the people. My statement record on this payment and second successful payment returned status are attached below with this complaint.

                            I was booked from goibibo on 16 february 2020 from bishkek to new delhi ticket details are given below thing is my flight was canceled due to covid-19 and today it is more than 1 year old but canceled Flight ticket refund money has not arrived in my account yet, I tried very hard to get my refund as soon as possible but till now the refund has not come. Please help me to get my canceled flight bookings refund back in my account .I will lot of try to contacts Goibibo but do not any response so this is last time of try and not get any response so went to help of court so please refund my money in my transaction account thank you

                              I booked a hotel for 2 rooms for 4 adults for 4 nights (18th -22nd) total amount -75083… due to work issues I had to partially cancel one of the rooms and did so on 16th and recieved the hotel voucher for the continued stay of the other room for 34836/- however I got refund of only 36019 /- .. I hav been asking where is the difference amount and time and again I am getting answers as the executive or their seniors are not able to give a solution. Infact one of the executives told me that it was a mistake and they r poor easing the refund of the 4k to my account.. however next day I get a different call and the executive changed their resolution answers every minute as they don’t have explanation for it … Total amount paid for 2 rooms 4 adults +1 child - 75083
                              Canceled and refunded amount for 1 room. 2 adults - 36019
                              Confirmed hotel room (not canceled) 1 room - 2 adults 1 child- 34836

                                  Is submitted that i booked a ticket from jasidih to New delhi for 25 july 2021 with a PNR no [protected]. However train got diverted from scheduled date and i was unable to travel. Consequently a TDR was raised by me but till today refund has not been received in my account.

                                  In view of the above enquiries were made thrice at [protected]@irctc.in however refund has not been received yet in my account.

                                  Reply from IRCTC is received according to which amount has been refunded on 12 Nov 2021 and asked to consult Goibibo.

                                  Therefore my humble request to you that please refund the said amount for my convenience.

                                    I Booked a Hotel From Goibibo App For 4 nights on 31st Dec 2021 At the Final stage of the Booking payment got deducted but Booking Didn't Happen At all So i Could not provide any booking reference. And we immediately started trying their Customer Service it Took us whole night but we couldn't connect and their is no way to connect to them directly.

                                    If you could helps us in Refunding our money immediately as the booking time is passing from 1st Jan 2022. or if they resolve issue at earliest before checkin time passes allot the bookings for the hotel we actually tried.
