They took my money and send a message for failed booking. They knew they cant provide the service but took the money first, did a fraud and now not returning. After that they dont pick calls, harass us and dont resolve. I am waiting for my money since a month now for a failed booked from their side. Very bad people, doing fraud with many many Indians.

    I had booked bus ticket from goibibo for 5 people from Bhubaneshwar to Babughat for 26th dec. I had paid 2170 for the same. But to my dismay Amit line
    Jagakalia did not arrive at Jaydev Vihar stop at 7:30 PM.
    So we had to book another bus on the spot.
    I want complete refund my ticket price.

      Recently I booked hotel IRIS Gellansheit in Dalhousie through GoIbibo. The pictures and description said it was a clean room of size 225sq ft but in reality it was a dirty room of not even 100 sq ft. I raised the complaint with the hotel and they suggested that they have another hotel, but when I went to the other hotel it did not have a working gyeser. Post this I tried calling the owner for 5-6 times but he did not pick my call. So I booked another hotel. Now GoIbibo is not ready to refund me the money but just given me a voucher of 500. I want to cancel the voucher and need full refund.

          I have made the booking in mention hotel through goibibo i have selected the date 25 to 26 cheking checkout but when i made the payment somehow date has been changed when i saw that moment i have informed consent person at hotel also to goibibo but it almost 12 hrs now nd there is no response it always says ur request has been forwarded to next level today we have to reach the destination nd we dont have place for stay request you to please provide solution unless no option have to mark mail to another level

            Payment Done but didn't get the tickets

            Last night I booked 4 air tickets from ibibo app. Paid the money through upi, money got deducted from the bank account but the payment update status was not shown. Couldn't get the tickets. I called the customer care they said no money is shown in their account whereas money got debited from mine....

            Pathetic Customer Service.
            No POC for issue resolution
            No IVR.
            Helpless customer experience.
            Please resolve

            I have been chasing whole night but no response.

              I had booked a flight ticket from Patna to Mumbai and cancelled the same on December 5, 2021. I have not received the refund though on the app they display that amount of rs 2288 has been processed and the same will be reflected in the account after five to seven days but the amount has not been credited to the account though its nearly 19 days from the cancellation date.

              Goibibo has no customer care number to call and I don't want to trust the app hereafter. I request you to raise this complaint and help me to get my amount back.

                I have been trying to call their customer care team in the hope of speaking to someone around cancellation of my air tickets. The issue is such where I feel talking to someone is much better than typing back and forth.

                However, whenever I call the customer care numbers, I keep going round and round in the IVR and never able to reach an executive.

                So, I used Twitter to request for a callback. Initially, no one provided a proper response, still I got a call from a guy called Dhananjai who gave me certain details.

                Now I again needed help and I contacted the team via Twitter on Monday and I was told that Dhananjai has been informed and he will revert back to me within 24 hours. But it has been 48 hours and despite my repeated tweets and DMs, no one has bothered to respond or contact me.

                So, finally, I had to write all of this down to inform you of the sick experience I am going through and an expectation (even if there is a minute chance) for you to get involved and help me get my concerns addressed.

                I even found 3 email ids from Google for GoIbibo but when I sent the email to all 3, it bounced back from 2 of them and on 1, i got an automated response that it is only used for outbound emails and is not monitored for incoming emails.

                  I booked bus ticket (3 seats) to travel from kolkata to cuttack for 11.12.2021 for through GOIBIBO App vide Booking ID:GOBUSMOB8FAD567CA5 and PNR No.D6XAHV9F but when reached on the scheduled time to board the bus it was told from the operator end that the bus has been cancelled. When claimed from refund of the booking amount they told that since the booking is done through online so the refund processed will be initiated from GOIBIBO end. In spite of lodging complaint on GOIBIBO app on the same day i.e on 11.12.2021 I am yet to get the refund back.

                  So, request you to pls. look into the matter and do the needful to process the refund at earliest.

                        My PNR Number:G4UYVV, My booking date was 18/12/21 in Go air Flight, On 16th evening i recived msg regarding flight cancellation, so i have contact flight operator but the told that contact booking partner,
                        1. There is no contact information in Goibibo App, searched from web and conatct regarding flight cancellation executive told he will check for rschedule and call back but ther is no call from there,
                        2. Trying in app to rechedule but there aslo one request created for date change, After one hour some one called from Ibibo, he is dont know about flight cancellation, explained him and he told that within 15 minits he will rechedule and call back,
                        3. After waiting 20 minits i have no trust that he will call back ( becuase first executive not called back )so i have cancelled ticket from App and booked on new date, I have cancelled ticket on 16/12/21 @ 10:23 Pm but @ 10:33 executive called that ticket recheduled and now you have cancelled so approx rs 4000 will deducted as cancellation charges,
                        4. Why tickit is recheduled after ticket cancellation?,
                        5. i have given clear instruction that i can wait up to only 15 minits, if your call not come back i will cancell ticket as i have no time.
                        Please Refund my full amount

                          I rescheduled my booking from 3rd of Dec to 7th of Dec 2021, where the amount was deducted first but I didn't get any confirmation of ticket. So I had to book it once again. M trying to talk with the customer care but they are not reachable. Need an immediate response from Goibibo in this regard. Hope I will be getting a call soon.

                            I check my credit card statement of month of DEC-13 and fount an unknown transaction.

                            Surprisingly i did get any transaction notification from HDFC Bank.

                            I have read hundreds of complaints of same nature from IBIBO Web pvt ltd.

                            Request to revert this money as soon as possible.

                                  I am Prashant M Suryavanshi, customer of Goibibo, but I'm totally disappointed by the service now, I booked my flight from Ahmedabad to Nasik for 21-November-2021, but flight was cancelled by airline due to some operational issues, and I haven't got my refund yet. It was more than a three week and still I haven't got any confirmation from Goibibo side but I was informed by trujet airline to collect my refund from my partner app. The main issue is I could not find any support feature to enquiry regarding this in their webb/app. So please kindly see to this issues and guide me through.

                                      Dated 22nd November 2021, I was in a process of making a booking at a hotel in Mumbai via Goibibo app. I paid Rupees2215/- via my Upi ID. The booking was not confirmed but my money got deducted.

                                      As contacted from customer care i was told that a refund will be initiated in my account withing 24 hours . Its been 20 days but I haven't received any kind of refund. This is highly unproffesional.
