Dear Sir/madam,
I tried booking ticket for my son as per following details.
Name : Anmol Chopra, Male/26Yrs
Sector : Silchar to Mumbai Via Calcutta, Patna
Date of Journey : 19/11/2021
Date of Booking : 16/11/2021 between 8PM to 10 PM
First Instance : While making the payment I used my ICICI Card ending with 1006. The message flashed : Please download Android Web View App to complete the transaction but the app started showing timer and prompted for cancellation and I clicked and message displayed that your transaction has been cancelled.
Second time tried to download the Android App and it was shown that App already exists. So I tried once again to book the ticket once again same message appeared and the system showed Oops some glitch appeared, transaction cancelled.
I stopped trying and booked the ticket from my Yatra account and got the confirmed ticket also.
Now to my surprise I got message that my booking has been confirmed on Goibibo and the amount also deducted from my card twice for the same passenger, same sector and same date but different flights.
Now I have three tickets and I tried to go to your website to check the tickets but system was not showing anything flashing error Some Technical Glitch, Please try after some time.
I contacted on Whats Up number but once again automated message I am not able to serve you please goto self service part on website on App.
Once again I contacted on your customer care land line by 10PM. The call was transferred to customer care specialist but kept waiting for 15 minutes and no body responded.
My Booking Ids : GOFLDMTAND7B[protected] amount 9354.00, time 8 PM.
GOFLDMTAND8D8C[protected] amount 6883.00, time 8:10PM
It will be great if you can help me to cancel these tickets and make full refund because this problem happened due to technical glitch in your App and Website so the customer should not be taxed for this.
I am a reggular traveller and still have multiple upcoming trips for my family during 11Dec21 to 20Dec21. In case if the amount got lapsed then am sure I will never book tickets on your site for my company as well as personal trips. Am quite depressed since yesterday due to this as nobody tries to help despite phone calls, mails and messages from your side except automated messages.
Request you to kindly help me in this matter.
