On 9th April I had booked ticket for Chennai to Kanyakumari worth Rs 1050, and Kanyakum, ari to Poducheri rs, 680 ( for 10th January bus ticket booking ) from their online website . Both of the amount got debited, so I had raised a complaint to the website of IBI BO group website someone called from ibibo group, she said, the group consist of red bus and goibibibo both the sites, but she said my registered number nor the mail id is registered with them, redbus and goibibo both are in ibibogroup, so I should made the complain to goibibo, even after several call and communication there is no intimation from their end . Amount got debited, but no online ticket, nothing had come, and I have an account with goibibo, where there is no record about my transaction or trip, but in search, it is reflecting, I was searching for that day trip to that respective places, no drivers call at the relevant time . Please this is an harassments . Could you be kind enough to recover my hard earned money .

My refund money is 36735 rs but they are telling refund amount is 6735 ... but they updated in app like 30200 something..
