Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

The issue that I have experienced was:
I made a flight booking to USA on Jan 7, 2020 for travel on Apr 01, 2020. But due to COVID19 the flight was cancelled and I requested a refund for the same. I checked with Qatar Airways they informed me that the refund was already sent to goibibo.com. So when I raised the refund request, goibibo.com accepted the request and they promised to refund the money to my bank account and got the bank details from me. But later on they said they can refund the amount only as GOCASH in my account which can be used for future bookings. This was acknowledged on Nov 3, 2020 by email from goibibo.com.

Since then I have made numerous calls to goibibo but I am yet to receive my refund.

I am attaching the booking details below for your reference.

    I booked my fight to Bali last year around February 2020..

    Refund against PNR’s JLR3Z & EI5WGJ in the name of Qunicy Monsorate & PNR Y6Q55 & YFNY3S in the name Marionelle Fernandes

    Due to the Pandemic the fights were cancelled since they were not operational and they were not traveling.
    I spoke to Air india and they said that they have already initiated the refun! d but Goibibo does not seem to reply to my mails and process my refund.
    Its been over a year.. No update.. Goibibo customer service does not call or respond to emails

      We had booked our fight tickets from Mumbai to Nagpur on 6th April of GOAir and Nagpur to Mumbai on 8th April of IndiGo airlines through GOIBIBO. The GOAir flight was cancelled and hence we cancelled our return tickets too. Both the airlines have immediately returned our money as per their policies and sent us cancelled invoices. Surprisingly only one refund amount i.e. of GoAIR is appearing in GoCash. Secondly we had called the agent of GOIBIBO and asked him to refund the amount to our bank account which they have not yet done. It is more than 15 days now and we are yet to get our amount back. The GOIBIBO contact number is very difficult to get. After trying out for several times only once we could reach the agent and he had given false promise to transfer the amount to our account. We are retired senior citizens and badly require the amount back to our account. Pl do the needful at the earliest.

        Hello,
        This is Aegalaivan.
        I have booked my ticket on dec 09 2019 .
        Travel date April 05 to April 15 2020.

        Due to COVID flight is cancelled. As per government announcement need to refund customer money.

        Nearly one year over they are not ready to refund my money.

        No customer service no mail reply .
        Not responding for mail.
        No customer care service .

        I don’t know how this type company is running successfully without any complaint.

        In YouTube, google review all are bad.
        Many people affected with goibibo.
        Not refunding customer money.

        I have lot of proof.
        They shared me nearly 10 reference ticket number. But nothing happened.

        They have branches in Bangalore and Gurgaon all address are fake...

          Payment done for the flight ticket booking from AMD to COK on 22nd April, but ticket confirmation not received and no update regarding my paid money. No booking ID is received, so no help is getting online with the help of the mobile application. Need an immediate solution.
          Herewith attaching the proof for the payment done.

            Still complaint is not solved .
            My refund money is 36735 rs but they are telling refund amount is 6735 ... but they updated in app like 30200 something..
            I have attached picture as proof

            i also have the same issue same like u bro...even i also mailed them so may times and my refund amount is nearly 50000 inr

                I booked a flight on 1st feb 2021.The company cancelled the flight due to lockdown but i did not received the refund.Their is no way to contact goibibo direct .I tried contacting through mail, facebook and call but I did not received any proper response .My booking ID NSGCEJIUA.PRN CEJIUA.

                  I booked the ticket as a guest through goibibo on 1st Feb 2021.As the flight canceled due to lockdown.Now I'm trying to contact goibibo through mail, Facebook and call no reponse. My booking ID NSGCEJIUA and Prn CEJIUA.

                    Hi,

                    I have made a payment of 70000 inr to my merchant on 7th April 2021, During the payment it was redirected to ibibo web pvt Ltd gateway and the payment success. But my merchant not received the payment and it is not refunded to my bank account also. Initially I thought will be refunded, now I ma getting scared as it is 11 days already. Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please resolve ASAP.

                    There is no resolution even after 13 days . Transaction done on 7th April 2021 and today's date is 20th April 2021.

                      My flight was cancelled directly from the airline on 2nd March and same amount was refunded to goibibo on the same day. Since then I am reaching out to goibibo for my own money but not getting the same. I got a mail on 25th march for refund but then again it is 20 days since I am waiting. Attaching same in mail.

                      I am loosing my patience as it is almost now close to 45 days and even after so many complaints there is no resolution.

                          I booked hotel name lake view inn shillong on 9th april through goibibo, but when i go to hotel, hotel was under maintainance, they gave a other property. i went to other property name alpine continental but hotelier was rejected my booking for unavailablity of covid certificate, i booked the lakeview inn because of this reason last time i stayed in lakeview inn without covid certificate thats why i booked the hotel this time. I complainted about this matter to goibibo now they refused to refund my money. I want refund please help to get my money back

                            With reference to the transaction number[protected]transfered to IBIBO web services) dated 16.02.2021 time 12:13 pm received through sms from the bank, I have filled the application form for DDA and made a payment of rs. 200000 through DDA website via HDFC bank payment gateway. The mode of payment was Internet banking. The application amount of rs. 2 lakh was debited from my account. but the payment is showing failure on DDA website application portal. I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference. it has been more than 60days, the amount was neither reached DDA, nor returned to my account. very very poor services.

                              I transferred amount to iciciprulife insurance from my union bank account on 14th april 2021 around 2:00pm. The amount was deducted from my bank with transcation id[protected] after that it came back to payu page. The receiver is saying the amount is not received. Please refund the amount to my bank as the amount is very considerable. I tried to call IBIBO group but none of the number are active

                                      On 9th April I had booked ticket for Chennai to Kanyakumari worth Rs 1050, and Kanyakum, ari to Poducheri rs, 680 ( for 10th January bus ticket booking ) from their online website . Both of the amount got debited, so I had raised a complaint to the website of IBI BO group website someone called from ibibo group, she said, the group consist of red bus and goibibibo both the sites, but she said my registered number nor the mail id is registered with them, redbus and goibibo both are in ibibogroup, so I should made the complain to goibibo, even after several call and communication there is no intimation from their end . Amount got debited, but no online ticket, nothing had come, and I have an account with goibibo, where there is no record about my transaction or trip, but in search, it is reflecting, I was searching for that day trip to that respective places, no drivers call at the relevant time . Please this is an harassments . Could you be kind enough to recover my hard earned money .
