Airline cancelled the flight and Goibibo has received the refund from airline. But Goibibo is not sending the cash amount to my bank account from which I made the transaction. The status shows that the money has refunded to my SBI account on Goibibo app but there is no such transaction. Refund my money asap. It was my biggest mistake that I booked tickets from Goibibo. I request everyone on never to book tickets from Goibibo. Goibibo is complete FRAUD. No email id to contact no customer support, complete fraud

    Reference No.[protected] is refund request I made to the company they send me a voucher with a value that is less than the amount I paid replied to them saying I did not was the voucher but they never came back to me. Kindly note that i have already called several times with no solution.

      I received message that my ticket has been cancelled and refund is in progress.
      I checked status on Goibibo website; Website is showing refund has been processed on 19th Apr 2021 and refund money (i.e. Rs. 53744/-) is transferred to Wallet and it should be reflecting fund balance in wallet account instantly.
      But to my surprise, wallet (i.e. goCash) balance is still showing zero.
      I had received WhatsApp message stating fund will be reflected into wallet account immediately, but not sure what is the issue.
      I tried calling customer care several time for this, but unfortunately not able to talk to customer support team. There is no way to talk to Goibibo customer care executive.

      Any help in getting refund processed to my bank account Or at least Goibibo wallet will be appreciated. Please do let me know if any help is needed from my side.

        Hi,

        My booking PNR number is MGMCMS
        Goibibo ID is GOFLIIOS8CCBC[protected]

        A refund of INR16838 was initiated by Indigo airlines in July2020 to Goibibo.
        Despite several emails, phone calls, chats and tweets my issue has not been addressed.
        There is no way I am able to speak to an actual person as all their support system is automated.
        Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have still not heard from the team. Here's the last message on 5th April and after that no emails or customer support calls are offering any assistance.

          Indigo flight tickets booked through GOIBIBO for the following trips for 2 persons were cancelled by me:
          Chennai to Delhi on 10.04.21 - PNR FHB4XF
          Delhi to Chennai on 14.04.21 - PNR SNSDTQ

          Even after many days the refund has not been received in my account.

          When I tried to contact customer care the communication line is always busy 24 X 7 - and am unable to contact at all.

          PLEASE ENSURE IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE CANCELLED TICKETS OR ELSE I MAY LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM

            Dear Team, I had done booking through GoIbibo last year for Spicejet Air Travel but due to Covid issue I could not use it .
            Spicejet have initiated the refund to Go Ibibo on 14th Apr 2021 which ultimately to be transferred to my account .
            please confirm when and how will I receive my refund amount as I am not receiving any revert from GoIbibo as all their Phones and mail I'd are kept on Auto revert which doesn't solve my refund issue .

              I made payment for domestic airline ticket dated 09.04 21 at 22:35. But due to some technical issues the ticket did not generated by your end. The payment has been deducted from my account and not refunded till date. I talk to bank and I am told that the payment is successful to the merchents account. The copy of bank mail is enclosed. I request you please refund the payment.

                Dear sir,

                i have a payment request from CSB BANK LIMITED Invoice ID: [protected] against opening an new NRO account (for initiating first payment), which iam coordinating with the bank manger . the payment was done from my union bank for india account and payment was successful ( payment reference id[protected] of IBIBO ) . amount was debited from my account and the neither the payment is received by the beneficiary who requested me to do the payment, nor it was credited back to my account in case if the payment was not successful.

                i have received my debit advise for 10000 inr and dint know where the money has vanished now, i kindly request you to do the necessary to either get back my money reimbursed or to credit it to the beneficiary to whom i had done the payment earlier.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                    The issue that I have experienced was:
                    I made a flight booking to USA on Jan 7, 2020 for travel on Apr 01, 2020. But due to COVID19 the flight was cancelled and I requested a refund for the same. I checked with Qatar Airways they informed me that the refund was already sent to goibibo.com. So when I raised the refund request, goibibo.com accepted the request and they promised to refund the money to my bank account and got the bank details from me. But later on they said they can refund the amount only as GOCASH in my account which can be used for future bookings. This was acknowledged on Nov 3, 2020 by email from goibibo.com.

                    Since then I have made numerous calls to goibibo but I am yet to receive my refund.

                      I booked my fight to Bali last year around February 2020..

                      Refund against PNR’s JLR3Z & EI5WGJ in the name of Qunicy Monsorate & PNR Y6Q55 & YFNY3S in the name Marionelle Fernandes

                      Due to the Pandemic the fights were cancelled since they were not operational and they were not traveling.
                      I spoke to Air india and they said that they have already initiated the refun! d but Goibibo does not seem to reply to my mails and process my refund.
                      Its been over a year.. No update.. Goibibo customer service does not call or respond to emails

                        We had booked our fight tickets from Mumbai to Nagpur on 6th April of GOAir and Nagpur to Mumbai on 8th April of IndiGo airlines through GOIBIBO. The GOAir flight was cancelled and hence we cancelled our return tickets too. Both the airlines have immediately returned our money as per their policies and sent us cancelled invoices. Surprisingly only one refund amount i.e. of GoAIR is appearing in GoCash. Secondly we had called the agent of GOIBIBO and asked him to refund the amount to our bank account which they have not yet done. It is more than 15 days now and we are yet to get our amount back. The GOIBIBO contact number is very difficult to get. After trying out for several times only once we could reach the agent and he had given false promise to transfer the amount to our account. We are retired senior citizens and badly require the amount back to our account. Pl do the needful at the earliest.

                          Due to COVID flight is cancelled. As per government announcement need to refund customer money.

                          Nearly one year over they are not ready to refund my money.

                          No customer service no mail reply .
                          Not responding for mail.
                          No customer care service .

                          I don’t know how this type company is running successfully without any complaint.

                          In YouTube, google review all are bad.
                          Many people affected with goibibo.
                          Not refunding customer money.

                          I have lot of proof.
                          They shared me nearly 10 reference ticket number. But nothing happened.

                          They have branches in Bangalore and Gurgaon all address are fake...

                                      I have made a payment of 70000 inr to my merchant on 7th April 2021, During the payment it was redirected to ibibo web pvt Ltd gateway and the payment success. But my merchant not received the payment and it is not refunded to my bank account also. Initially I thought will be refunded, now I ma getting scared as it is 11 days already.                                         My flight was cancelled directly from the airline on 2nd March and same amount was refunded to goibibo on the same day. Since then I am reaching out to goibibo for my own money but not getting the same. I got a mail on 25th march for refund but then again it is 20 days since I am waiting. Attaching same in mail.

                                        I am loosing my patience as it is almost now close to 45 days and even after so many complaints there is no resolution.
