With reference to the transaction number[protected]transfered to IBIBO web services) dated 16.02.2021 time 12:13 pm received through sms from the bank, I have filled the application form for DDA and made a payment of rs. 200000 through DDA website via HDFC bank payment gateway. The mode of payment was Internet banking. The application amount of rs. 2 lakh was debited from my account. but the payment is showing failure on DDA website application portal. I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference. it has been more than 60days, the amount was neither reached DDA, nor returned to my account. very very poor services.

    I transferred amount to iciciprulife insurance from my union bank account on 14th april 2021 around 2:00pm. The amount was deducted from my bank with transcation id[protected] after that it came back to payu page. The receiver is saying the amount is not received. Please refund the amount to my bank as the amount is very considerable. I tried to call IBIBO group but none of the number are active

            On 9th April I had booked ticket for Chennai to Kanyakumari worth Rs 1050, and Kanyakum, ari to Poducheri rs, 680 ( for 10th January bus ticket booking ) from their online website . Both of the amount got debited, so I had raised a complaint to the website of IBI BO group website someone called from ibibo group, she said, the group consist of red bus and goibibibo both the sites, but she said my registered number nor the mail id is registered with them, redbus and goibibo both are in ibibogroup, so I should made the complain to goibibo, even after several call and communication there is no intimation from their end . Amount got debited, but no online ticket, nothing had come, and I have an account with goibibo, where there is no record about my transaction or trip, but in search, it is reflecting, I was searching for that day trip to that respective places, no drivers call at the relevant time . Please this is an harassments . Could you be kind enough to recover my hard earned money .

                My name is Mehul Rathore.
                I was paying fee for cousin sister to Medicap's International School on 12th Feb 2021 through net banking from the union bank of India . but the transaction has failed and amount deducted from the account Rs - 14, 400. as i raised the complaint and was waiting for the amount to be back in my account but did not get the money. as I was being late to

                After a very long persuasion I was givwn refund for airlines canceling air service during Covid in March-April 2020. The refund for two travel bookings was given in two separate instalments. However to my shock the go cash wallet has only rs 512 balance whereas I was refunded rs 2950. On checking I found out that the deducted amount of Rs 2348 (which actually was my 1st refund amount for airlines cancelation of ticket) has been adjusted with my second refund stating that I had used the credit shellof Rs 2348 for purchasing a ticket onFeb 8, 2020.
                Goibibo has cheated me with the refund of two seperate travel tickets purchased dueing COVID and which was cancelled by airlines. I am teying to reach them for the past I week via mail as tgeir customer service telephone is not operational. Theyare not responding to clarify my refund status.

                        On 25.02.2021, I remitted ₹ 1530/- & ₹ 900/-, as fees for booking consultation with two separate doctors at MAX Saket, New Delhi, for patient Smt. Alka Rastogi.
                        The amounts were successfully debited to my account by reference nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively.
                        Since the hospital did not receive the amounts, i had to make on the spot payments there.
                        NO REFUND has come till date, in respect of either of the transactions.

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                              The issue that I have experienced was: Please note that I had made payment for the flight tickets booking (via Goibibio) using BHIM UPI payment gateway. My account was with SBI. I had made a transaction on 24-Mar-2021. Transaction got failed but I still didn't receive the refund of the failed transaction. Details of Transaction below. I have raised the complaint multiple complaint with Goibibo. Every time there customer care says that you will get refund in next 24 to 48 hrs. Everytime they will tell new story. Haven't get any resolution till date.
                              I have written confirmation from SBI that the amount was transferred to Goibibo on 26-March-2021. I have mail confirmation from BHIM UPI that the amount was credited to Goibibo.
                              Goibibo not refunding the amount.

                                  On[protected], I did two transactions of rupees 9435 and 9435 each on Myntra from Union Bank of India to Payment site IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd. Both the transactions were successful on IBIBO website a total of Rs.18, 870 got deducted from my account but order didn't get placed.                                     I have made a transaction on 17th March 2021 through IBIBO Web Pvt. Ltd. portal amounting Rs. 30000.00 against Ref Id:[protected] . This transaction has been failed and payment is not received to merchant, however amount has been deducted from my saving bank account.

                                    Request you to please initiate the refund of Rs 30000.00 immediately as its already more than 2, 3 weeks payment got stucked.

                                      I booked international flight having booking id GOFLIMTIOSFAC[protected] . I attempted to cancel the flight and proceeded for refund . It was clearly mentioned that refundable amount is Rs. 82, 380 /-. Then I was asked for source in which refund will be done. It was clearly mentioned on app that refund will be credited within 7 days in credit card by which i made the payment .
                                      Now it's been more than 10 days and no refund has been made.
                                      I have to pay the credit card bill which is due and i am seeking for refund from GoIbibo.
                                      Somehow, i was able to contact on GoIbibo customer care otherwise there is no help option or chat option in your app or site. I was informed by customer care that refund is pending from airline side and it will take 90 days and amount of refund will be decided by airlines . I was shocked to hear such fraud .It was clearly mentioned on GoIbibo app that refund will be credited within 7 days and the refundable amount.There was no where mentioned figure of 90 days and zero refund.
                                      I was also ensured by customer care that our senior person will contact you and mail will also follow on refund issue. The call lasted for around 45 minutes and afterthat no mail /no call. This is complete harrasment and fraud . Please help.
