On[protected], I did two transactions of rupees 9435 and 9435 each on Myntra from Union Bank of India to Payment site IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd. Both the transactions were successful on IBIBO website a total of Rs.18, 870 got deducted from my account but order didn't get placed. Yesterday that is on 06-April-2021 I got a refund of Rs. 9435 only. Please refund my second transaction amount of Rs. 9435 to my account. Reference ID:[protected], Reference ID:[protected].

    I have made a transaction on 17th March 2021 through IBIBO Web Pvt. Ltd. portal amounting Rs. 30000.00 against Ref Id:[protected] . This transaction has been failed and payment is not received to merchant, however amount has been deducted from my saving bank account.

    Request you to please initiate the refund of Rs 30000.00 immediately as its already more than 2, 3 weeks payment got stucked.

      I booked international flight having booking id GOFLIMTIOSFAC[protected] . I attempted to cancel the flight and proceeded for refund . It was clearly mentioned that refundable amount is Rs. 82, 380 /-. Then I was asked for source in which refund will be done. It was clearly mentioned on app that refund will be credited within 7 days in credit card by which i made the payment .
      Now it's been more than 10 days and no refund has been made.
      I have to pay the credit card bill which is due and i am seeking for refund from GoIbibo.
      Somehow, i was able to contact on GoIbibo customer care otherwise there is no help option or chat option in your app or site. I was informed by customer care that refund is pending from airline side and it will take 90 days and amount of refund will be decided by airlines . I was shocked to hear such fraud .It was clearly mentioned on GoIbibo app that refund will be credited within 7 days and the refundable amount.There was no where mentioned figure of 90 days and zero refund.
      I was also ensured by customer care that our senior person will contact you and mail will also follow on refund issue. The call lasted for around 45 minutes and afterthat no mail /no call. This is complete harrasment and fraud . Please help.

          On 6th April 2021 I tried to purchase printer ink cartridges from HP online store and money is paid to IBIBO web pvt ltd through my net banking account. Money got deducted from my account but purchase is failed .There is no refund till now.

            Most respectfully i beg to say that your ibibo pvt ltd gateway will deduct my payment twice 1st payment will deduct and 2nd transaction will go to my college . the detail of first transaction is that IBIBO WEB PVT LTD will deduct the money of amount 100023.60 from my bank account in union bank of india . it will help to understand the situation please look into the matter and resolve it asap. please sir talk to the IBIBO WEB PVT ltd company...

              Hello,

              I was paying my property tax on BBMP website using Net banking. The transaction said successful on the Bank Website but while redirecting to the BBMP website via IBIBO, it showed FAILED on the BBMP page.

              I have raised a complaint at the bank too. Money has been deducted and I don't think they can do much. It should be either on the IBIBO or The BBMP server.

              Also, an email has been sent to the BBMP with no response yet.
              Could the IBIBO PVT LTD check on this please.

                I have done flight booking on dated 4th May'20 through GOIBIBO from Shirdi to Delhi which got cancelled from Airline due to Covid.

                i have been in contact with Indigo airlines directly for refund the amount and they confirm that amount has been refunded by the Indigo airlines to GOIBIBO (my booking platform to Indigo flight) on dated 31st Dec'20.

                Now from last 3 Month Goibibo has not refunded my money even after getting the money from airlines.

                i have contacted Goibibo may times which does not give any result till date, everytime they are giving false commitment to refund and after month tile they start the same process again.

                req. to please help in this regards to get my maney back from GOIBIBO of Rs. 12546 amount. attaching all the details (Mail concurance and everything i have for your reference)

                  On[protected], I placed an order in Myntra for Rs. 9435 two times so, total 18, 870Rs has been deducted from my account, but my Myntra order didn't get placed. I did these two transactions through NetBanking from my Union bank of India account and payment Web site is your site IBIBO WEB Pvt Ltd. I got messages that Payment to IBIBO Web site is successful. In Myntra site it showed that order didn't get placed and if money is deducted from your account then it will be credited to your account within 72 hours. I still didn't get my refund of 18, 870Rs into my account. Please look into the issue and do the needful as early as possible. Please make sure that my money gets credited to my account as early as possible.

                  I Ramchandra M Patil Resident of Pl No 6 Sy No 192/2 Hanuman Nagar Belgaum have made payment online of property Tax PID NO 72026 of RS 5375 on[protected] Two time the payment has been cut but we have not received the payment receipt so kindly solve the problem or else refund our amount as soon as possible
                  still we have not received any update and also we have not received our payment sending bank details

                      I have tried to pay my property tax to corporation of chennai. on 23/2/2021. Transaction id as per my bank is S99060380 for amount 7380/-...the amount was deducted from my account but payment not made to corporation of chennai. Please return my money to my account immediately.

                        I booked a flight before covid 19 and my ticket was cancelled due to covid now after several followups spice jet is ready to refund my money as per DGCA guide line but GOIBIO is not refunding my amount and not even responding to my queries over mail.I will file a case in consumer forum if thigs keep on going like this.

                            Received above SMS.

                            I wrote to Union Bank of India, RPD Campus Branch. They are unable.

The amount 4534.29 rupees got debited from my account and after sometime I received an email from firstcry website that my order got canceled.
