I had booked the flight from Hyderabad to Dublin via London for 25th Jan. But Later I came to know that flight from London to Dublin got cancelled by Airline and I then rescheduled for another flight on same day.
Again after few days I came to know from Airline website that flight BA-276 Hyderabad to London flight is cancelled . For that I have been asking goibibo to confirm whether its operational or not, but they never responded with answer. Even I raised a request for refund as the flight got cancelled from Airline. But after 25th Jan, Goibibo App doesn't showing my refund request also .
Kindly help in this .

    I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Thailand and Britain from Thailand to Mumbai on 15th of May 2020 and written on 28th May 2020 I had cancel my ticket due to corona virus my booking amount was 41889 rupees and after cancellation they had mailed me 34250 in rupees GST refund on goibibo convention fee goibibo charges included GST and airline charges and they had mailed me on 10th of Jan 2020 but till now I have not received any of my refund so I request you to please see to it and please solve this complete thank you

      I had cancelled a ticket from Ahmadabad to bengaluru on Oct 20 2020, which I had booked through goibibo.I was informed that the refund has been processed but after months now the refund is yet to be credited into my account. The bank claims no knowledge of such transaction and ibibo only responds through automated mails and bots with absolutely no solution. My

        We have booked the Spicejet flight (PNR #EFU7GX) from pune to bagdodara via Gobibo. Due to Covid-19 issue in mar, 2020, we cancelled the flight from PUNE to Bagdidara on 20th Mar. The cancellation amount (Rs 10108) was refunded by Spicejet to Goibibo in Mar-2020 only. But Goibibo does not credited back to our account. Instead they shown it as credit voucher (Rs 8040) from spicejet which is valid only till 29th April, 2021.

        Legally, they can not hold the amount and issue credit voucher on their own, if the flight operator has refunded the amount to them. This amount should be credited to our account directly.

        Now we are unable to contact them and register our case. So need help to get the amount credited in our account instead of credit voucher.

          Sir,
          This is complaint is regarding a flight booking done through goibibo(ID -GOFLDANDCFB[protected]. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the flight got cancelled. after an year they have initiated the refund process and processed successfully. In a mail received from goibibo, it is showing that the amount is credited into my goibibo wallet, But the amount is not reflected neither in my wallet nor in my bank account. Mail correspondents and Credit note of the same is attached. I request you to take necessary actions for the same. An early action is highly appreciated.

            As i have booked a ticket from goibibo on 15th feb 2021
            and the ticket got cancelled due to not confirmed after that i contact to irctc for my refund to my ticket with pnr no . [protected] they refund the sum of amount rs. 1220 /- to the account of ibibo group private limited the reference id [protected] .

            Kindly transfer the amount in my account as soon as possible do this needful at your earliest,

                Booked ticket on 2nd Feb 2020, Due to covid flight get canceled. Since more than one-year still, I do not get a refund. Tried multiple follow up still the team is not handling it properly. Always get only one replay and not it's more than year.

                  Hello, My name is Manab Chatterjee. I am a regular customer of Goibibo. I booked a Go Air flight through Goibibo. PNR Number is YBRFTD
                  The flight was on 14th Feb 2021. But the flight was cancelled by Go Air .The booking got cancelled on 6th January 2021 and they refunded the money back to Goibibo. I had to inform Goibibo about the same and they also got the confirmation from Go Air regarding the cancellation of the flight. From 21st January 2021, Goibibo is showing that the refund transaction was failed due to technical issue and they are looking into it.The refund was supposed to be credited to my account on 21st January 2021. From last two weeks I have been trying to contact Goibibo customer care regarding the refund but they are not responding. Today is 26th February 2021 and the money has still not being refunded to me. This kind of behaviour is not at all expected from a agency like Goibibo. I need the refund immediately. Please do the needful.

                  It has been 56 days since the time I registered this complaint. There is still no response from the goibibo team. They are not responding to any mails and not taking any calls. All the information is provided already. Please forward this complaint again. I still haven't received my money from them. Kindly do the needful. I want my money back.

                    This is to bring to your notice regarding my hotel booking with GOIBIBO -HTLAGHZUS8, PNR [protected] for "check in - 10th March and Checkout - 12th March'21" Hotel Banke Bihari -Haridwar (Hotel Owner - Abhishek : [protected])

                    Today I called to hotel to ask for some information regarding the city and booking, It was surprising for me as they said "they don't have any booking with them". they also said they are not dealing with Goibibo any more.

                    Requesting you to kindly look into the matter to sort it out at the earliest as I will start my journey on 2nd March. Or you can provide me the alternate booking.
                    GOIBIBO IS BIG TRAVEL COMPANY, YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID SUCH KIND OF COMPLICATIONS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

                    Also it was quite disappointing that there is no customer care number active for help,

                        Booked flight tickets thru Goibibo in Feb.2020 for flights on May14, 2020 from Coimbatore to Chennai by airindia and chennai to toronto by Emirates. Due to Covid lockdown cancellation of flights, claimed refund of cancelled tickets. Airlines refunded Rs 116260 and Rs5881to Goibibo in October2020, but so far Goibibo has not credited the refund amount to my bank account as promised. No response or action inspite of several reminders through twitter or email. I demand the refund be credited to my bank. Transcript of twitter correspondence is attached as proof. As I am in Canada, I am unable to call them.

                            On 17/02/2021 I paid Rs. 2199/- on Mcafee India website for renewal of Mcafee anti virus software, through netbanking. The amount debited to my Union Bank of India account under Ref. no[protected].
                            Upon enquiry with Mcafee they confirmed non receipt of payment. While the bank shows payment to IBIBO WEB Pvt Ltd. It is surprising that there is no direct contact no. or email address of Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd. for redressal of these kinds of Payment failures. Therefor through this forum I am requesting IBIBO WEB P. Ltd to look into the matter and refund the entire amount at the earliest. I am also sorry to see so many complaints against the same IBIBO WEB P Ltd. If there is no response, I will be taking further steps necessary to get my due amount refund.

                              I booked a flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata on the 5th of February. The airlines cancelled the operation. The flight was booked as a part of a round trip and there was a discount of 1025 rupees from both the flights.
                              Instead of generating me the refund for the flight value and convenience fee, the entire discount has been subtracted from only one flight fare. They have subtracted the total discount fare from only one single flight. And it has been 21 days since the matter. But they still haven't refunded my money.
                              Custom harrassment to the core.
                              Also, they didn't even inform me that my flight got cancelled. It showed that my flight is on time. I didn't even know.
                              Kindly help resolve this matter.

                                  I had done Booking ID - HTLD2Z5VWX, a hotel(hornbill resort) in Kanha. However the hotel didn't allow us to stay stating that they don't have a tie up with goibibo. The hotel had itself cancelled the booking.

                                  However till date i had not got my refund

                                    No option to delete account

                                    I want to delete my account and delete/disable my number from their SMS service/advertisements. I checked the app and web page and couldn't find any option to delete.

                                    'Can't delete my account'?? I don't need it and don't want you to keep/sell my data.

                                    I made a booking via ibibo for goa round trip for arrival 9th september 2020 with pnr - yszdn and departure from goa on 13th september 2020 with pnr - yszfr as lock down got implemented at that time the tickets have been cancelled by air india. Now i want to travel on 29th march till 1st april and i contacted air india, but they refused that my tickets cannot be booked on same fare which have been booked on september 2020, but my cousin request have been accepted for the travel on same fare but mine got rejected. Additionally, i have been told to contact ibibo further on my travel. I request you to please book my tickets for 29th march 2021 and return on 1st april 2021 as i have situation at my home front because my wife is pregnant, and she cannot travel after april 2021 that is why we are planning to travel at the earliest. Its my humble request to you please made the amendments by seeing out situation.

                                      But to my surprise, the transaction didnt clear on the Corporation website, and payment failure showed up. Inspite of multiple verbal & written requests to the Corporation, the payment is still not credited, either back to me, or to the corporation.

                                      Requesting you to clear up with the matter, and issue a refund to the earliest.
