    I booked from goibibo ticket goair flight pnr no. F7g4vm i cant jorney this ticket because that time lockdown i process refund but goibio website show for talk to you direct airlines about refund i talk to airlines they refund it 21 jan 2021 rs 25332 to goibibo same mode but i cant get refund by goibibo already mail goibibo but no response

      I have booked today an Air Ticket from Mumbai to Chennai for 26th Feb 2021 with 09:25 AM flight(Air India AI671) on the name my Son Saatvik Shukla.

      However it is not showing in my trip details, I also could not get the Air Ticket on my provided Email, where Insurance copy and all I got the details in my mailbox form the same flight.

      Kindly provide the confirmation of the Ticket or I need to book it again.

        My health policy with care health insurance bearing policy no 13719150 to be renewed till 7/2/21 by auto debit from my account which was not happened in my case. And after talking to thier customer care while paying the same (rs 11618) via a link i dont know how but my account gets deducted and the result showing successful payment. But after waiting for 2- 3 days i feel the payment made is not successful at the care insurance part. so now i feel cheated as the payment is successful at my part but not successful at thier part. which is a violation of agreement by my and if i dont pay the same my policy will expired. please help.

          Yesterday I booked my train ticket the total amount I paid 4352 rupees from goibibo app, but they put my booking at pending and today morning I seen that my booking was failed but there was a shocking after failed booking the amount was 152 rupees refunded. That was the fault of there side not from our side. Please take proper action regarding this issue. The registered mobile number on goibibo is [protected].

            I hade made a hotel booking using the Goibibo mobile app for 15.02.2021-16.02.2021 at Days Hotel by Wyndham, Near Jyoti Chowk, Jalandhar City, Jalandhar for 2 rooms (4 adults + 1 child) on 15.02.2021 and payment was made by me through the UPI transaction for confirming the booking to the Goibibo app and an amount of Rs.4077/- was also deducted from my bank account. I have been trying to reach the customer care to now about the status but it is of no avail and the booking for the said Hotel is also not being reflected in my account of the Goibibo app. However, the Goibibo company has sent me an email asing to mae the payment and if already done then to ignore the same. After many efforts from my side, when I tried to search for the booking status through the "Booking ID- HTLVBMH8P", then the status was shown as aborted and no effort whatsoever, has been made by any executive of the Goibibo company to inform me about the status of my booking and further no mention of the refund has been made so far, which is highly unprofessional and fraudulent on behalf of a Company which claims itself to be reputed and well-serving company. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest and to refund my money. Also all the numbers given in customer care are either not reachable and the rest are invalid.

                Flight was booked from Goibibo, due to Covid the flight got cancelled and Indigo has refunded the amount to Goibibo (artifacts attached).
                Amount need to refund is 16360 Rs/-, please refund at my account.

                    On 10.02.2021 i booked a hotel .
                    At first i had done it by googlepay but the payment was stuck at that time.
                    So i had done payment by phonepay app and booked the room.
                    And roday at 01.14 i got a message saying your transaction of 10feb is successful.
                    And money is deducted double time.
                    So i want my refund of double booking.
                    And i asked goole pay app customer serice about refund so they told me to contact you for the refund.
                    So please tell me.as soon as.possible.
                    What time it would take.
                    And please do it fast.
                    As your customer care number is not reachable and i guess its of not that use.
                    Do it as soon as possible thank you!

                        My name is Soumili Chatterjee. I am a customer of Goibibo. I had a flight booking through Goibibo with Air Asia from Kolkata to Kochi on 28 Feb 2021. My booking ID is T2S5XM. The flight was cancelled by Air Asia. I requested for a full refund and they initiated a full refund. I informed Goibibo about it and they confirmed the same from Air Asia. On 31st December 2020 the booking was cancelled and the refund was supposed to be reflected in my account on 26th January 2021. The money is still not refunded to me. Total refundable money is 7515.

                          First of all how do I contact goibibo for some payment related issues. Why is there no proper contact number available for the customers. The 24*7 care system is asking for booking id but i dont have one. As I was booking ticket from patna to pune for 24th feb the amount of INR 5331 got debited from my account but there was no ticket generated by the app. It showed transaction failed. Now what do I do next? Please suggest ASAP.
                          WHY IS THERE NO PROPER CONTACT NUMBER?

                            My name is Darshan singh. I had confirmed one ticket From Goibibo. My flight name was Air India and my travel date was 25 march 2020 from Istanbul IST to New Delhi. Because of covid 19 MY flight was cancelled. So then Goibibi dont gave me new date . I were tried many times to contact with goibibo staff but nobody reply me. Now the 1 year has passed but Goibibo dont Refund my payment. I mentioned my all flight details please help me to refund my Ticket Amount as soon as possible.

                                I tried booking a train ticket through goibibo, money deducted from my bank account but booking failed.It says refund initiated .while I paid 443 rs it shows that refund initiated only for 27 rs, this is completely fraud

                                  Sir,
                                  I Divya Jain have made a flight booking from trivendrum to jaipur on 10/02/2021 at 22.00.14 with RRN.[protected] via UPI...prateek.[protected]@icici to [protected]@hdfcbank for Rs.14783 but the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
                                  I tried to contact goibibo but there is no way to contact goibibo customer care executive so i am feeling very helpless.

                                  Yippi i got my amount back on 19/02/2021 but i must say that the customer care of goibibo is very bad no connectivity..

                                  I have same problem facing, where i booked my bus ticket and the amount 1890 rs deducted from myhdfc account, the amount has been debited but i did not recieved any ticket and confirmatiin in my mobile number..feeling helpless, please help me.

                                    I have cancelled my flight booking with PNR E71P8Z with airlines for full refund as per new policy by GoAir and they have initiated refund to the travel agent Goibibo however there is no response from goibibo. Their online portal doesn't accept request for refund and says airline doesn't allow refund which is incorrect. Their customer support lines do not function I am unable to reach them. Their email id [protected]@goibibo.com says it's a non responsive email address. There is no way to contact them and no update on refund.

                                        I have initiated my wallet reversal request of 1057 INR on Jan 23 itself. Till today Feb 11 I haven't received the refund and any update regarding it. Please update on my refund status and transfer the amount to the bank account at the earliest .
