I have made this booking and it has been cancelled from your side and I make a payment of rs 3808 against which I am getting the refund of rs 143 only ... what is the reason behind that

    I am a regular user of Goibibo since past many years. I have booked a train ticket on 11.02.2021 vide booking ID-TRNIFVRZ3AYFXW but the booking failed and the amount that got debited to my account was RS.3, 467.00. Subsequently I have initiated a refund but to my utter surprise the amount that got credited back to my account on 16.02.2021 was only RS.137.00.

    I would therefore like to request you to kindly refund the remaining amount at the earliest failing which I would be bound to register a compliant with consumer forum.

      My process of booking train ticket failed .however the transaction of the amount of ₹1441 was done.

      I recieved message regarding same that the amount of ₹101 will be refunded which is not acceptable.

      I need a complete refund .

          I had booked to and fro tickets from Bengaluru-bali (Air Asia and malindo air) in the month january 2020 for April-May 2020(covid times) for 2 people. Tried contacting goibibo multiple times through call but nothing would connect. They don't talk to customers at all. They just have automatic reply to chat with Gia(bot) which is o[censored]tter waste and I did not get any correct info about the refund. I have raised multiple complaints and recently got refund of around 15.5k out of 45k. They are not telling me anything about the rest of the refund. No contact nothing.

            My flights with booking ID GOFLDAND80CD[protected] were cancelled due to Covid-19. Refund was paid by respective airline, Indigo to Goibibo in October 2020. The refund of the tickets from Goibibo is not yet credited. I received a mail from Goibibo on 13th January saying the refund is initiated and will reflect in 3-5 days. But the refund is not yet received even after 1 month. The amount is 17196 rupees. Please find attached the screenshots.

              Hi, I booked air India express flight - IX 013 from coimbatore to Delhi for 15th December, 2020.

              Booking ID is GOFLDMTANDED0C[protected]. Amount Charged INR 15584.0.

              The flight was cancelled and the airlines informed that the money will be refunded back to the source of payment.

              The money was refunded to me in the form of gocash+, which is definitely not the original source of payment.

              When i check in the App, it says in the information section that the money received via cancellation can be transferred to my bank account but i do not see any such option in the App.

              This is misleading, when I click on the withdraw icon it redirects to the bot chat page which is of no use.

              There is no in person customer support available which is pathetic service offered by ibibo.

              Can i get some assistance to get my money transferred to my bank account from this app.

                I have booked the flight ticket for Goair airlines with PNR UE5UGX for 26th March 2020, due to Covid 19, all flights were cancelled and but I didnt got the refund.
                Then in December I called Goair airlines for the same. They processed the payment to Goibibo on 16th Dec 2020 but Go-ibibo didn't credited the amount to card through which it was booked though in a sent mail they stated they have credited to account on 22nd Dec 2020 and will reflect in 3-4 days. But not done till yet.

                Then in Feb, I managed to ping Go-ibibo support online and asked for refund or else i will complaint legally, on 7th Feb i received a call from ibibo support team saying that they haven't refunded due to technical errors they couldn't got card details.
                And asked neft details in email through [protected]@goibibo.com but till now they haven't refunded .

                Kindly do the needful & oblige

                  I have booked ticket from Vadodara-Delhi-Gaya, which was cancelled due to Covid Pendamic.
                  Though after tracking an whole year, no refund has issued.
                  While calling Airline, they say to contact Goibibo, at Goibibo, no direct mean to communicate is available.

                      I had booked 2 return tickets to Hanoi -Vietnam (Vietjet) from go Goibibo but due to ongoing concerns of coronavirus outbreak in that particular region we decided to refrain from travelling and tried contacting Goibibo a multiple times from 22nd February onwards but there was no response from Goibibo team instead without even talking they use to close the query and mark a mail of resolved query, unable to get any contact from Goibibo and their team we reached airport on 5th of March (the day of our flight) to meet the Vietjet people and asked them to cancel the ticket or reschedule it, but Vietjet team on aisle C at Terminal 3 where there counter manager Pallavi suggested to contact the travel agent as they do it have authority to amend the changes and marked me noshow for the flight.
                      Goibibo never responded to our concerns after we booked the ticket and we had no where to go.

                      There has to be some protocol why we had not got assisted then and there and now we are told that your trip was completed and it is no show from our end.
                      We also tried contacting Vietjet multiple times and wrote numerous mails but there was no luck. It’s sad that we choose goibibo for our bookings and there is no sense of empathy from the agent towards their customers.

                            they didn't received amount and my account got debited with amount 77331.5 on 16th JAN 2021.

                            I have made complaint to BAJAJ FIRSERV AND UNION BANK OF INDIA on same day itself,

                            Till now my amount not refunded to ACCOUNT nor to BAJAJ FINSERV.

                            But in transaction it is showing IBIBO WEB PVT LTD, i am attaching screenshot below please see.

                                  However it is not showing in my trip details, I also could not get the Air Ticket on my provided Email, where Insurance copy and all I got the details in my mailbox form the same flight.

                                    My health policy with care health insurance bearing policy no 13719150 to be renewed till 7/2/21 by auto debit from my account which was not happened in my case. And after talking to thier customer care while paying the same (rs 11618) via a link i dont know how but my account gets deducted and the result showing successful payment. But after waiting for 2- 3 days i feel the payment made is not successful at the care insurance part. so now i feel cheated as the payment is successful at my part but not successful at thier part. which is a violation of agreement by my and if i dont pay the same my policy will expired. please help.

                                      Yesterday I booked my train ticket the total amount I paid 4352 rupees from goibibo app, but they put my booking at pending and today morning I seen that my booking was failed but there was a shocking after failed booking the amount was 152 rupees refunded. That was the fault of there side not from our side. Please take proper action regarding this issue. The registered mobile number on goibibo is [protected].

                                        I hade made a hotel booking using the Goibibo mobile app for 15.02.2021-16.02.2021 at Days Hotel by Wyndham, Near Jyoti Chowk, Jalandhar City, Jalandhar for 2 rooms (4 adults + 1 child) on 15.02.2021 and payment was made by me through the UPI transaction for confirming the booking to the Goibibo app and an amount of Rs.4077/- was also deducted from my bank account. I have been trying to reach the customer care to now about the status but it is of no avail and the booking for the said Hotel is also not being reflected in my account of the Goibibo app. However, the Goibibo company has sent me an email asing to mae the payment and if already done then to ignore the same. After many efforts from my side, when I tried to search for the booking status through the "Booking ID- HTLVBMH8P", then the status was shown as aborted and no effort whatsoever, has been made by any executive of the Goibibo company to inform me about the status of my booking and further no mention of the refund has been made so far, which is highly unprofessional and fraudulent on behalf of a Company which claims itself to be reputed and well-serving company. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest and to refund my money. Also all the numbers given in customer care are either not reachable and the rest are invalid.
