With reference to above captioned subject, i would like to inform you that i have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam on 28.12.2020.
The bus had scheduled at 2.30 am on 28.12.2020 at Svkdt Travels Shop No 37, Gayathri Towers Near Police Control Room, Governorpet, Vijayawada 2. As per schedule, we have reached the boarding point before 2.00 am on 28.12.2020 but unfortunately the bus has not come to the boarding point, we have been waiting at the boarding point till 4.00 am on 28.12.2020.
I have called to travel representative mobile number [protected] many times which is shared in e ticket but the call was not connected and the said number was switched off and no travel person available at office at that moment. Then, because of your inappropriate service or response, I didn't get any other bus leaving for Visakhapatnam and I failed to attend my next day's commitments. We took a hotel room for that night and next morning booked another bus at the Bus stand and came to Visakhapatnam.
Then and thereafter, I have been trying to contact Goibibo customer care number many times to lodge the issue but which is not connected to your representative and while lodging a complaint through Goibibo APP or Website with your automated chat assistant 'GIA' but it is always responding incorrectly and not even giving proper response.
Herewith, i am sharing a screenshot of my location at that location and location image and e ticket for your reference.
Therefore, I request you to refund my booking amount.
Hope, i'll get a quick or proper response.
