I cancelled my train booking through your app as it is cancelled by IRCTC showing to collect the 3880 from your booking agent but you didnt cancelled the ticket as shoeing to cancell with deduction of 2000 rupees. How can this be possible?
This means you are making the money from customer from cancellation charges which is very high.
Iam using your service from last five years.
If this type of service is their i have to stop dealing with you.

    I made a transaction in goibibo app.

    (GOFLDMTAND01AE[protected])

    Amount during transaction is different and amount charged is different. My coupon GOHDFC is not applied even after I saw an discount of 604 applied.but it's didn't appear in the invoice and I was charged 5300 instead of 4747.

    This is clearly fraud activity.

      Hi,

      Myself and my wife booked a return ticket for us through Goibibo portal. We were supposed to travel from Guadalajara to New Delhi on 16th May 2020 and I received notification from Goibibo that all flight landing to India are suspended due to govt mandated lockdown and I am eligible to chose alternative dates for my travel.

      Since that day to today as on 11th January 2021, I have done more than 50 written follow ups through various platform and I have got noting but rudeness, apathy and indifference from Goibibo. They keep on saying that they are checking with airlines for refund and they have not replied.

      I even checked with the airlines and they mentioned that they are readily providing the refunds to the agencies . Now I am not obliged to reach out to airlines still I did as I paid money to Goibibo not the airlines and secondly Goibibo keeps on lying about the status and they have not even provided any name of Airline which is holding my funds.

      Please help in getting back my hard earned money from them. I am feeling absolutely harrassed by them as I look through my previous communications to them.

          Which is canceled by gov or airlines due to COVID-19 I tried to use shell credit for same flight but again I got failed and have to use amount to booked a new ticket I can't use she'll credit or i cant find to check shell credit and still not get refunded that credit nor an amount its worth rs 12k INR.

          so please solved it or refund it ASAP!

                After rescheduling the ticket the transaction amount of 3825 INR has been cut twice and the amount has not been credited back to the bank account.

                Please credit back the amount at the earliest.

                The transaction was done on December 25th 2020 for a reschedule.

                The two transactions were done at 20:12 hours and 20:20 hours respectively

                  The Flight Was Cancelled Due To National Lockdown. Despite Having Purchased 'Cancellation Protection' From Goibibo, They Refused To Refund Stating The Flight Company (GoAir) Was Not Refunding The INR2100 Paid As Flight Cost. I Went Directly To GoAir Who Processed Their Refund To Goibibo.

                  Goibibo Refused To Pass That Refund On To Me In Actual Money. Instead Of Reversing The INR2724 Transaction, They Have Put 1700 Points In GoCash In My Account On Their Website.

                  They Have Taken Out INR500 As MMT Transaction Fee, INR398 As Cancellation Protection And Also The Goibibo Convenience Fee. They Claimed In July That Cancellation Protection Had Been Rendered Invalid Due To Lockdown, How Is It Valid Only When It Is Profitable For Them? And Why Am I Paying For A Transaction Fee That Isn't Showing Up In GoAir's Refund Bill? It Seems To Me That The Transaction Fee, Like Goibibo's Convenience Fee Are Charged By Goibibo For Doing Absolutely Nothing.

                  I Haven't Even Received The Remaining As Cash As It Remains On Their Website. They Have Taken My Money And Given Back Nothing. They Say I Can Use The 1700 Points Before They Expire To Purchase Another Flight Ticket Via Goibibo Instead, Thus Making Them More Money In Convenience Fee And Whatnot.

                  I Wanted My Full INR2724 Refunded To My Bank Account. I Specifically Asked Them For This In Multiple Email And Phone Conversations. They Disconnected And Then Did As They Pleased.

                    Hello,

                    I had booked a flight in May-20 between Abu-Dhabi to Mumbai and return, But it was cancelled by Airlines due to Covid. I did multiple follow up with airlines to get the refund since GoIbibo had no control over it. But in Dec-20 airline refunded my amount to Goibibo which they had in terms of GoCash+. I had a request for transferring that GoCash into my Personal Account. The amount was deducted form my GoCash, But it never reflected in my personal account.
                    After multiple discussions and email and follow-ups this has not been resolved.
                    Also they keep saying that the amount has been transferred, but they don't send any proof of transfer when requested.
                    Please I have seen this issue has been occurring for multiple people, Which brings me to conclusion that this is some kind of SCAM they are running to steal such refund money.

                    Please help me on this. Please refer attached screenshots for more details.

                      A refund amount of Rs.7849 had been credited as Gocash+ Balance.

                      3.14-Nov-2020[Query raised (Ticket no.[protected] regarding my refund status through COVID-19 support web form]
                      I have used my father's SBI account Debit card for payment during the time of booking.
                      But, the used card and its corresponding SB Account has been closed and inactive now.
                      Hence, I had requested to transfer the refund amount available in my gocash wallet to my SB account.

                      4.15-Nov-2020[Mail from Goibibo to me]
                      A Gocare team member asked me to share the closure letter from SBI stating the earlier account is closed and
                      also the bank details in format provided along with scanned copy of front page of the passbook.

                      5.16-Nov-2020 11:07 AM[Mail from me to Goibibo]
                      My father had passed away and his cards and Accounts had been deactivated and closed.[attachment - Death Certificate]]
                      The Account closure is treated as Death Claim Settlement by the bank and No statement of Account Closure is issued from SBI.
                      Since the above said card and account are inactive now, I requested the Team member to transfer the refund amount to my Indian Bank SB Account[attachment - Passbook Copy].

                      6.16-Nov-2020 3:20 PM[Phone call from Goibibo to me]
                      The Gocare team member enquired me after reading my mail and confirmed on the details provided in my mail.
                      She had also asked that she could contact me only through e-mail or else she can contact via phone any time.
                      I have confirmed her to call me when required.
                      Also I have asked how long it would take to credit the amount in the provided bank account.
                      She explained that she would send the details provided by me to their finance team which verifies and approves refund and in turn asked me to wait for few days for the team's confirmation.

                      7.20-Nov-2020 1.27 PM[Mail from me to Goibibo]
                      Requested the Gocare team member to update me on the status of my refund in the same mail chain.

                      8.20-Nov-2020 6.08 PM[Phone call from Goibibo to me]
                      Another Person from Gocare represented herself that the previous member handling my query is unavailable now and asked me how she can help.
                      I had explained all my problems and asked her to check the whole mail chain.
                      She also told that she would forward all the details to finance team and after their approval I can get my refund.
                      Also, she asked me to wait for 5-7 working days.

                      9.20-Nov-2020 6.08 PM[Mail from Goibibo to me]
                      A courtesy mail from the same member arrived explaining the same as explained in phone call.

                      Confirmed that they had received refund request for Goibibo Booking ID GOFLDAND1A[protected].
                      The request was currently being reviewed and further update would be shared shortly.

                      Refund request for Goibibo Booking ID GOFLDAND1A[protected] was reviewed successfully and details had been forwarded to the bank.
                      Ticket had been marked resolved and Rs.6202/- had been debited from my Gocash+ wallet.

                      I have sent all the necessary details requested by your team members via email.
                      Hence they have marked my ticket resolved and debited Rs.6202 from my gocash wallet.
                      Till Dec 4, the amount is not reflected in my bank account.
                      Actually my refund amount is Rs.7849.
                      Hence I kindly request to refund my full wallet cash to my provided bank account. Kindly check with my previous ticket.

                      we are still working on query related to the delay in the refund,
                      and we have forwarded the NEFT details shared by you to our concerned team to get the refund initiated,
                      so would request you to wait for 48 hours for our revert.

                      Till 07th Jan 2021 no response for my e-mails and queries raised in their portal.

                      Highly disappointed about Goibibo service.

                        I used your platform on 6th January to book a ticket from Delhi to Toronto for 9th February.

                        I have booked my flight (Air India) from Delhi to Toronto for the journey on 9th Feb 2021 with a total amount of approximately Rs.61699, Unfortunately my money got deducted from my account and booking failed. I have no BOOKING ID, no REFERENCE NUMBER, and the chat support option keeps asking me for BOOKING ID.

                        I have put lot of mail as well as call but there has been no reply either on emails and customer service is not answering the calls.They are not even giving satisfactory answer.
                        Kindly help me on how to proceed further regarding my refund.

                              Hi Team,

                              My chennai-Nagpur flight got cancelled due to mis-connection, and I can see refund completed status at my goibibo account with number 77******55 but it is showing that refund has been made to account [protected]@dummymobemail.com.

                              This is not my account. I am not able to connect to any of goibibo support associate and even the chatbot or emails are not giving digestible answers. Its been 2 months I am trying to reach out some human support for resolution.

                                I Booked Spicejet Return Flight Tickets From New Delhi To Bengalaru From Goibibo For April, 2020.
                                But Because Of Lockdown

                                  Hi,

                                  I tried booking flight ticket from goibibo.
                                  I initiated the ticket booking and then selected source and the destination.
                                  After selecting the seat goibibo asked for the payment.
                                  I did payment from phone pe UPI, but after that it doesn't automatically redirected to goibibo site.
                                  My account debited with amount 4295 rs. But ticket details are not available in the app. Even I haven't received any sms or email confirmation on the ticket.
                                  Please help with refunding my amount.

                                      I received a mail (attached herewith) 23rd Nov, 2020 saying that my flight got rescheduled to 21:35 hrs from Bangalore which was supposed to go in the morning 7:40 AM.

                                      I called goibibo customer care to cancel the flight which has been accepted and later on i understand the fight got fully cancelled and didn't take off.

                                      Whenever, i call goibibo customer care, they say your case is registered and they will call to adjust the credit voucher with future flight booking.

                                      I have been waiting for more than a month now but till date no response.

                                      Please help.

                                        With reference to above captioned subject, i would like to inform you that i have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam on 28.12.2020.

                                        The bus had scheduled at 2.30 am on 28.12.2020 at Svkdt Travels Shop No 37, Gayathri Towers Near Police Control Room, Governorpet, Vijayawada 2. As per schedule, we have reached the boarding point before 2.00 am on 28.12.2020 but unfortunately the bus has not come to the boarding point, we have been waiting at the boarding point till 4.00 am on 28.12.2020.

                                        I have called to travel representative mobile number [protected] many times which is shared in e ticket but the call was not connected and the said number was switched off and no travel person available at office at that moment. Then, because of your inappropriate service or response, I didn't get any other bus leaving for Visakhapatnam and I failed to attend my next day's commitments. We took a hotel room for that night and next morning booked another bus at the Bus stand and came to Visakhapatnam.

                                        Then and thereafter, I have been trying to contact Goibibo customer care number many times to lodge the issue but which is not connected to your representative and while lodging a complaint through Goibibo APP or Website with your automated chat assistant 'GIA' but it is always responding incorrectly and not even giving proper response.

                                        Herewith, i am sharing a screenshot of my location at that location and location image and e ticket for your reference.

                                        Therefore, I request you to refund my booking amount.

                                        Hope, i'll get a quick or proper response.
