Please find the pasted mail sent to goibibo regarding hotel cancellation issue but same has not been resolved...
Also called to customer care multiple times no resolution...
My hotel booking was done at refundable mode and after cancellation my credit card was debited without my consent
Also i have bus cancellation related issue.. please arrange call on utmost priority

    Dear Sir/Madam, I have tried to book hotel through Goibibo.com on 25th November 2020 for an amount of Rs.4071. When I entered the payment details and confirmed it, my account was debited with Rs.4071 and in the confirmation page I got an error message that the booking is not confirmed, check with bank. When I checked my account it is debited with Rs.4071. Because booking was not done So I booked again for the same hotel. That time, my booking was confirmed and I was again charged Rs.4071from my account to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD GURGAON. So, where is the amount which was debited from my account first time. Please enquire and refund my amount soon. Below is the message which I have got from my bank while the first transaction.A/c XXXXXXXX00056718 has been debited with Rs.4071 on[protected]:35:03 thru IBS vide reqid[protected].The second transaction was successful and I got the booking confirmed.Ac XXXXXXXX00056718 Debited with Rs.4071.00,[protected]:41:47 thru IBS vide reqid[protected] . So, please revert me the amount of first transaction as early as possible. Why your customer executives services are not available, I still haven't received my refund . It is clearly specified in my bank account that I was charged twice by GOIBIBO for the same amount. So where is my amount of Rs.4071. Are you trying to cheat me. I had trust in IBIBO, thats why I made booking through IBIBO. But you people are not responding and resolving this issue. If you are not ready to refund my money, then I will file a complaint in consumer court and publish in all the social media that Goibibo is a fraud. I am also attaching the bank statement which clearly specifies that I was charged with Goibibo twice for the same amount. Thanks

      Sir, I didn't receive any refund for my cancelled Oneway Flight from HYD to BAH (GOFLIMTANDD94BF[protected]. It's been a month still no money credited to my bank. When I check the status on app, It shows it is still processing.. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Let me know what is the issue. Why it is getting late. As per your refund policy, It shoud be credited to my bank within 15 days. Now it's been 32 days. Still no update regarding that. I tried calling them several times but there is no response from customer service team. My refund amount was around 40000 rupess. Please refund the money. Please help.

        I was booking train ticket through goibigo website on 20 Nov 20, before my booking get confirm IRCTC through goibigo website, goibigo deducted my amount 16446 from credit card. My ticket not confirmed but amount got deducted. There is no proper customer care to connect my call to goibigo and there computerise customer care chat could not answering my query of refund. It been a week iam trying to contact customer care and email all get bounce back.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          Due to pandemic my indigo flight got canceled and refunded amount(INR 3158) got credited to my goibibo account(Booking reference :GOFLDAND0F2FE[protected]) but this amount I can't use any other bookings and also not able to withdraw this amount. Recently I tried to book a bus service (GOBUS5DBC2321DA) amount got deducted from my wallet and but ticket not issued, I tried to call and mail and chat, no proper ree. Really pathetic, pls help me.

            I had cancelled ticket of my travel through spicejet air line booked through goibibo due to corona pandemic. Ticket PNR as follow
            FC6U9T - 4 passangers.

            Cancellation email of spice jet is attached. The airline agency confirmed that they have refunded the amount to Goibibo. However, in goibibo website it is showing we have travelled. Also, they have not refund to me.

            No customer care contact number is work. Nor I got any reply of my email to goibibo.

            It seems they have cheated

              I booked train ticket using the goibibo application amount deducted from my account but booking was not confirm after that I got message from goibibo I will get my refund on 27th nov bit till now I didn't get any amount I want to know when I will get my refund.. goibibo this type of service you provide us shame on you you stolen money from people

                I had booked my flight tickets on goibibo. It was canceled due to the non operation of flight. I received email that my ticket was canceled and refund was initiated and I was supposed to received my refund by 2nd November, 2020.Till date I have not received in my account.

                    I had flight tickets on 25th March from Bangalore to kochi and kochi to male on 25th March 2020 and returning ticket from male to bangalore. Due to lockdown, all the flights got cancelled by the govt. But my money which they refunded was only partial payment. They have deducted some amount which is not fair because we did not cancel any flight and so according to that they should give a complete refund to us.PNR for the flights are as follows

                      I had booked Hotel Park Prime in Jaipur from November 20, 2020 to November 23, 2020 via booking ID HTL4F3P3LA. The first time I made the payment, I received a message that the payment had failed so I paid again. However, the amount was deducted twice from my account.

                            I had booked a ticket on 23rd March for April 1st 2020 from Dubai to Lucknow which was cancelled due to COVID-19 nations wide lockdown and then later on airlines refunded the booking to its travel partner Ibibo Group. Airlines confirmed that in writing

                            From 2 month I am following up to Goibibo for refund they are giving excuses that they tried many times to refund in my account but that getting failed they ask me my bank details for refund I provided that also but nothing till now they haven’t refund

                              I have booked the ticket with Booking ID GOFLI[protected] • Booked on 16 Feb 2020. Due to lockdown and pandemic flight operation was cancelled hence I could not travel. So I need a refund for the booking and I have called goibibo customer care multiple times, but could not get any help. They send one automated Email and if I follow the step I don't get any refund request option.
                              You consider this request on priority and issue the refund ASAP.

                                My flight was on 20 thnovember and 22 nd November from Vijaywada to cuddapah, cuddapah to vijaywada respectively. I tried to cancel on app but it was saying that no information available from truejet but after completion of date it was saying thst trip completed . No option is provided to claim refund. Provide my refund to both journeys

                                    Pnr PECIHL is cancelled by me because indigo preponed flight by 5 hours and I chose plan B and cancelled my tickets. I was assured refund of 8030 rupees in 7 working days but still I am waiting for my refund. Please refund me my money as soon as possible .

                                      We had booked ticket via Goibibo for Mumbai to Cairo via Muscat for onward journey on 18th April and return on 29th April as per following booking ID:
                                      1) Parag Mehta -Booking ID - AMDJU3NC9 / PNR no.JYGBTP
                                      2) Alpa Mehta - Booking ID - AMDJUB6PL / PNR no.AUBVIL

                                      As the flight we had booked WY202 dt.18/04/2020 were reschedule to 4.15 pm instead of at 10.30 am, which would not allow me to take a connecting flight WY405 from Muscat at 14.45 hrs, hence i requested for cancellation of booking and full refund as i am entailed for the same as the original flight which i had booked was cancelled and rescheduled by Oman air, and the rescheduled flight wasn't matching my travel schedule.

                                      This was much before the lockdown announced due to Corona virus from 25th April in India.

                                      I had already spoken to Goibibo executive on 20/03/2020 and he
                                      confirmed cancellation of my both above mentioned booking for full refund as flight nonoperational message from airlines.

                                      Now it's more than 7 months and Goibibo neither responds when called them nor respond to emails. As they have registered mobile no. and booking id with them, they automatically disconnect the call when called on their helpline no.

                                      Looking forward to an immediate full refund for my said bookings.
