I had booked my round flight ticket from Chennai to Montreal through Goibibo platform, Due to International Lockdown and global pandemic, I had cancelled my tickets and claimed a refund. I had contacted and raised several queries to GoIbibo Care (customer care), initially, they responded and claim that once they receive a refund from Airline Lufthansa, they would credit the payment in my account. But it has been 6 months, there is no progress, for past one week they are not taking up queries responding and all their customer care contact number became out of service. Now I couldn't able to get my refund and even not able to contact Goibibo Ibibo Web Private Limited.

When I contacted my airlines Lufthansa Customer Service, they claimed that my booking agent has not filed any refund request to them, Whereas Goibibo has lied to their customer that the airline didn't process their refund request.

    My Turkish Airlines international flight tickets to & from Mumbai Malta through goibobo were cancelled due to pendamic and refunded to goibobo wallet. Now goibobo does not transfer the amount to my bank account. I have been requesting them since 27th Oct 2020. Everytime the call center says that transfer has been initiated and within 5 days it will reflect in my account. But nothing has happened yet.

      Refund amount for the Ticket booked with PNR TDBTYB with Indigo airlines through Goibibo is not received from goibibo. Indigo already processed their refund to Goibibo account. Screenshot of email attached.

        I had booked 3 tickets for bom-vns for 21apr 2020, and total cost was 10800/-and it got cancelled automatically due to pandemic, and today I got refund of 1500/- I don't why goibibo cancelled booking because I never asked them to do any thing, when I called air vistara they refused to give any answer and asked me to contact goibibo, I need my full amount back as per supreme court order, or they need to give me alternative booking.

          I have contacted goibibo customer care services so many times during the last one month, and I have tried all possible ways of getting my refund.

          Date of booking: 11th December 2019
          Date of Flight Departure: 4th April 2020
          Date of Refund Received: June month
          Date of request for the refund in my account: June month

          When my flight got canceled, I tried to contact Goibibo to take initiative as my travel partner and ask for my refund from Singapore airlines, they told me that we can't do anything about it and can't help you with that. So I directly contacted Singapore airlines and convinced them to get my refund back from them. Finally when they agreed to give a full refund without deducting a single penny, then I told Goibibo about it, and then they credited the refund amount in their website's wallet. I immediately sent an email stating that I don't want money to be there in any wallet, and I wanted it on my bank account or original mode of payment. for which I haven't got a single reply from them.

          Then on 5th Oct 2020, I again tried to call them stating that I want my refund back on my bank account, for which they assured that they will transfer the said amount within 3-7 working days. Then, they asked me for my bank details, which I provided immediately. Exactly after one week, I again called them back saying that I haven't received any refund yet, to answer that they told me that they have tried to pay but due to some issue, the payment got canceled, and hence they will try again and now the new waiting time was again 3-7 days. I have waited and still haven't got any refund and hence called again, and I got an answer, that payment has been done from their side, and I should already have received the same. so I denied that I haven't got any refund, so as to prove they ask my bank statement, and hence I provided them my bank statement immediately. Now, after providing that I again waited for some more days, and tried to contact them and asked about my refund, they told me that due to so and so rules, they can't transfer the refund to my Savings account and they can only process the refund on the original mode of payment. if I want to transfer money to my bank account then I need to provide a letter of authorization. after that on the next day, I told them I am agreeing with them, and they can transfer my refund in the original mode of payment instead of my bank account. Then, they told me they will do the same within again 3-7 days. for which I have waited, and obviously haven't received payment, then I called them again, and they now told me that, since your payment time is more than 6 months, we cannot transfer the amount to your original mode of payment, and we need to manually transfer the fund to your bank account only. now at this time, they have asked me for my bank details for the 4th time, and then now they asked me to submit my canceled cheque, which I submitted immediately. Then again they told me to wait again for more 3-7 days, which I waited, then after 7 days, today I have called them, and they are telling me that the ticket is in progress, and the refund team is working on it. they refused to give me an answer which I asked that what was your refund team doing on my issue for the last 7 days? they gave no answer, then I asked, have your refund team processed the amount from your side? they haven't answered, then I asked, can you give me any contact details of your grievance department, they told me that they don't have any kind of department, then I asked about their CEO's email id, they haven't given me one. and they told me that they are working on it and wait for some time you will get the amount (the answer I am hearing now since more than one month) there is no solid action taken from their side and no good answer I received from them.

            Refund not received(flight canceled by SpiceJet)

            I had booked the SpiceJet flight for 26th October 2020 from Jabalpur to Bengaluru (PNR: JDVWUD). But on 18th October, I got to know that the flight was canceled by the airlines. I booked the tickets for INR 25, 276, but the refund amount that is being shown on the Goibibo refund is INR 24, 072.

            this is too much, i am loosing my patience, from August-2020 to till november-2020, no on one is responding, not a single action has been taken by your company, kindly solve my problem, otherwise no meaning for such type of system.
            Same here bro, they are not giving a refund for more than a month now. Keep saying that it's failing from their side, and every week they are giving a new timeline.

              I booked a bus ticket from pune to goa on 7 nov, my money got deducted but ticket was not booked, i got their message and email about the issue and a link to their support chat, the chat doesn't work and there is no way to contact their agent, i want my refund, but there is no way to reach out to their agent. The link given in the message for refund leads to support page, which doesn't give reply. I will add the photos related to it.

                It has been around so many months but GoIbibo is not refunding the money, seems like they are using my money for scams like scam1992, it's been more than 6 months but they always keep telling me that they'll refund in 10 business days but never refunded, on Oct 22 they again asked for bank details but never refunded my money.
                It is for my GOIBIBO BOOKING ID GOFLDAND6D0AC[protected], for my Flight booking of Indigo, PNR ABQY4L which IndiGo has sent to GoIbibo for refunding but they seems not wanting to refund my money, I've tweeted and tweeted but they just don't want to refund my money

                Whenever there is a reply there is link, and when I opened this link look what it opens GoIbibo homepage, irony is that GoIbibo is being used by millions of people and the service are so cheap, they are money looters, scammers

                  I have booked flight for Jun 18-2020 from mumbai to Jabalpur.
                  They given credit shell since flight got cancelled due to covid.
                  Now i am trying to book flight from Jabalpur to mumbai by using credit shell.
                  But in their website no option available for using credit shell.

                  Customer care not approachable. No email option available to get information.
                  Very worst support.

                  How can i get my money back instead of credit shell?

                  Could you help me to resolve this.

                      I have received email communication from Goibibo that i will get full refund for my booking on 14th March 2020 for flight from Ranchi to Zurich via Delhi in Swiss air. This flight was not operational on 14th march and they have cancelled the flight.

                      I got clear communication from Goibibo that i will get my refund. I haven't received my refund amount or any communication for the same so far. I am helpless to contact them as they have changed their contact method. They are using automated chatbot which is not helpful at all. I dont know how to contact or what further steps i need to take to get my money back.

                        See the attached file received from Goibibo in that Goibibo is saying that they have received cancellation request for this booking I don’t know who submitted them cancellation request although airlines already cancelled the flight itself because of COVID-19 lockdown and also transferred the refund to Ibibo Group

                          I booked an indigo flight for April 20th with pnr GLB46A ..which was cancelled later on...I called go ibibo...they told they initiated refund...I got mail too...but the amount was credited till now... I checked and confirmed with bank officials..they didn't receive any amount ...I request go ibibo to look into this matter. The amount refund should be 8665rs

                                Booking ID - GOFLDAND5EEA[protected] - My Go air flight for 3rd Apr. got cancelled due to covid.
                                Since then I have been trying to apply for refund.

                                There is no way to contact the Goibibo group. They just have IVR options available, they just send the link on mail to apply for refund but that is not working.

                                      After having conversation with goair, they confirmed that the flight was cancelled by them.so, they confirmed and agreed to refund the whole amount ( Rs.5874) because it was a mistake from their end. I have the recorded conversation and the email confirmation provided by them also.
                                      They said they will refund the whole amount and will transfer to goibibo (the booking agency).
                                      So, I want the complete refund. Goibibo is befooling customers by giving wrong message and eating money.
                                      I need proof of ticket cancellation by the customer which is said by goibibo on the basis of which they are deducting the money from my total refund amount.

                                      I need prompt and genuine reply from goibibo to resolve this issue.

                                      I've tried to contact goibibo through calls and chats but there is no positive response received from their side.
