I had booked a flight ticket through Goibibo in April 19 2020. As lockdown took place and all flights were cancelled so Spicejet cancelled my booking and made the refund to Goibibo from where i had booked my tickets. After trying hard to contact them through twitter and Email, I have failed to get the proper reply regarding my refund issues. No one from Goibibo side has contacted me yet to short out my problems. I would like you guys to help me out to get my refund as soon as possible.

    I have tried to contact and write to goibibo customer care several times regarding an urgent issue which is related to editing a hotel review, but the goibibo group has been unresponsive throughout.
    Kindly give me a contact number or email id where the issue can be addressed with immediate effect.
    Also note that the fast service site that you often keep quoting is ineffective and the robot gia is unable to help in any way.

      Hi, I am Dulam Abhilash Rao, (GOFLIMT742EB[protected]) . I have booked flight ticket from South Africa to Hyderabad (India) on 12/10/2020 . On 15/10/2020 I received a mail from Etihad saying my flight has been cancelled. I contacted Etihad airlines for refund since i couldn't find any contact number or email ID to raise request for refund. They responded since i booked through IBIBO they couldn't raise refund request. so I opted for cancellation in IBIBO then after few days it was asking me the email or communication from airlines i have attached the screenshot of the email communication.

      But its saying it will take almost 60 days to process my refund request. Since i paid from my credit card the bank is charging huge interest. Please try to understand my problem and refund the amount as soon as possible. It will be a great help to me.

        I made a flight booking on 3 November, 2020 from Bengaluru Airport to Kolkata Airport scheduled on 21 November, 2020 through Goibibo. I did the payment through UPI (PhonePe). The amount got paid successfully through PhonePe, I also received the transaction ID and confirmation from PhonePe that the amount has been credited to Goibibo.
        Post payment, I did not receive any confirmation of my flight from Goibibo. No message/mail has been...

        Since morning I have been trying to change the date of my flight and unfortunately, I couldn't do it.

        There is no customer service, the number to be contacted and this is the worst service I ever felt.. Very annoying and dissatisfied.

        Will you be sorting this out? Or what should I do?

          I Received Refund After Submitting 8 Requests Or You Can Say Begging For 8 Times For My Money.
          And They Refunded Into The Fking GoibiboCash Wallet. So I Have To Use Their Fking Site Again To Use MY MONEY.
          I Received Amount ₹.8000+ Less And They Said They Deducted Flight Company Cancellation Charges And Fun Part Is My Flight Company Said They Will NOT Deduct Any Amount And I Should Receive Full Refund. So Why You Are Eating My Cash Goibibo?

              I booked a ticket for delhi to manipur before lockdown and the ticket got cancel in the form of credit shell to redeem agian but there is no option availabe once i to book with the same pnr which the credit shell is available so please help me to redeem the credit shell.

                  Flights (booking no. GOFLDDDECD[protected] )had been booked for Jaipur -, Kolkata amounts Rs. 5630 and Kolkata - Jaipur amounts 5780 and cancelled due to pandemic situation. But, unfortunately, no refund has been done from their end after repeated intimations. Nor they are entertaining any phone calls or messages.

                    GOIBIBO was showing refund pending on the app, but now they have erased and refund is pending.

                      I booked the flight ticket from Delhi to prayagraj on 23rd march 2020.the flight was scheduled to depart on 26th March 2020.Butdue to Covid-19 all the flights were cancelled and a credit shell was promised instead of refund which could be used for future travel, its been 8 months since then neither i have received the credit shell nor the refund amount, have been trying to get in touch in customer care team of goibibo for a 8 months but i haven't been able to talk to them since then as all the numbers on their website are showing as incorrect. Moreover when i talked to the flight provider they told me that they have issued the refund for the cancelled flight and its the goibibo thats not giving you the refund .Kindly help

                        SIR, i am Dr. Abhay Maurya want to complain against GOIBIBO group. my flight booking was there through GOIBIBO on 28 april2020 from MUMBAI TO VARANASI, but got impacted due to COVID-19. Now i can see my credit shell amount(PNR:KGR9MX...SPICEJET SG704).
                        I am trying to book the ticket again by using credit shell on desktop site(as GOIBIBO suggest) but i am not able to do so, because my impacted booking is not showing in GOIBIBO-my trips option.

                        i am trying to contact all of their customer. care no.s but any of it is not working, i m not getting any help from their side.

                          We have booked Flight tickets with Indigo thru Goibibo app.
                          travel date : 09 August 2020
                          cancelled and refunded by Indigo on 08 August 2020
                          placed request thru Goibibo to refund the funds to my account on September 2020 however till date INR 5768 is not been credited into my account. tried contacting Goibibo thru app, contact numbers available in website despite for trying several times unable to get proper resolution. hence request you to kindly assist in getting my refund to my account.

                            I have booked round trip Indigo flight from Ahemedabad to Dehradun from 14/11/2020 from Ahemedabad to Dehradun and From 18/11/2020 Dehradun to Ahemedabad via Goibibo on 24/10/2020 for amount of 19372. Due to some personal issues I had cancelled the flight on the same day within 2-3 hours directly from Indigo airline by call with full Refund and no deductible. Indigo reversed the full amount to Goibibo on same day. But Goibibo didn't processed the amount yet. As there is no customer support and there is no customer care person or any kind of customer support where we can directly talk about Refund and any issue, Me and my sister repeatedly tweeted and mailed about the Refund to Goibibo. Later on They replied on Twitter DM with Reference no. But we have Given different different reference nos. And Goibibo indicated that we will inquire about our Refund through this Reference no. to my bank. But on asking bank about this they said These Reference no. Is invalid. And ss we are provided different different reference nos . We are confused which one is authentic. And both reference nos. Are called invalid by Bank. We are in much need of money and in such crises time Goibibo holded our money and giving us False Reference nos. We are unable to know where we should go for justice. I have Attached all the documents and screenshots about booking . Please help me out.

                              Flight has been canceled due to Coivd and we didn't get our money yet, and no response from goibibo and the flight companies said they have sent the refund amount to goibibo and they have sent us any money or refund.

                                I booked my flight ticket which was showing refundable while booking through Goibibo on 25 July 2020 from Kochi to Dubai but due to some problem i couldnt travel on this date. So i cancelled my flight ticket through customer care of Goibibo and confirmed with there representetive that i will get my complete refund as he said hence I told him to cancelled my flight ticket which was Rs 34693/-. But I still dont get my refund from Goibibo yet. I also took some screen shots of Goibibo app which showing my refund amount which was Rs 27402/-.
                                So I did number of times called to them about my refund and now they are saying that i will get only Rs 2000/- which is not correct amount which i was paid to them while booking. They did fraud with me. Still i dont get my refund back. i already attached some evidence with this complaint hope i will get my refund back.

                                  I have made a booking on airasia through GOIBIBO PNR- K9UHUE, but flight was cancelled by airline, as checked with airline refund amount already credited to travel agency(goibibo) but there is no refund from goibibo and no respond

                                    Regarding the refund for packaging booking id : AMDQVFWXT with Goibibo.
                                    Inspite of many repeated requets made under Re : [#31841398], [#31829747], [#31818167], [#31810384], [#31788350], [#31757964], [#31638697], [#31596035], [#31589922], [#31580195], no refund is made yet. There is deliberate inaction and neglect.

                                      My Booking Id: GOFLIF[protected] . My Flt Ethihad Ey 238 Abudhabi to Chennai on 4th April cancelled due to Covid. I am yet to get the refund.

                                      Pl initiate refund or provide me open ticket for future travel.
