Ticket dated 25 March 2020 but cancel duo to Corona virus airline said we pay to goibibo but goibibo not refund money in my account they said not received from airlines

    For 25th Apr, 2020, my ticket got cancelled due to COVID-19 and amount refund as credit shell.But issue is when I am trying to book fresh booking in payment option credit shell is not available and customer care not approachable and no response gettting from web or app.Please let me know how i can use credit shell in new booking

      I booked a flight from kannur to mumbai on 1st november early morning around 1am in flight of go air of G8 392 with pnr number T85HHM and i have received a invoice of same on the same day ..after a day without intimation and refund they have changed my booking to 2nd november 2020 and with a different time.this has lead to serious disruption to my travel plan and has created agony to me.i have tried to contact them with my query but left with no access to their manual agent.please look into this matter.iam attaching my booking and their abrupt change with same pnr number

        I made a payment on gglonline.net from netbanking. The payment got debited from my account. But not recieved by Green gas.Now as the bill was generated, i found old outstanding in my bills, so writing a mail for reversal from ibibo.Msg is as below.

        Thx for INB txn of Rs.4193 frm A/c X8762 to Ibibo.com... Ref#IGAJFCCZS6 on 18Aug20. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]

          I booked a flight for London from delhi on 4th of May 2020 but due to the pandemic had to cancel the flight. The booked flight was a refundable ticket and when i asked for a refund Goibibo didn’t initiate a refund and they refunded just 50, 000 rs for a flight of 1.6 lakhs. I have been calling there customer care and they are just telling pls wait for 24 hrs and then we will initiate a refund from goibibo wallet to bank account. Pls help us to sort out this issue.

            I have booked a e ticket from Trivandrum to Abudhabi and Abudhabi to Trivandrum on January 2020 via Go ibibo. Due to covid 19 issues i cancelled my e tickets, but i didn't received my refund amount and now nobody is responding for calls and mails.

              Hi,

              I had booked a flight ticket from delhi to patna as per the below mentioned details. I had cancelled it Airline refunded my money but boibibo is not crediting my money in my bank account.

              Airline has refunded my money but goibibo have trapped my money in their gocash. Its not credited in my bank account. I want that money in my bank account ASAP. If Airline has refunded then there is no right to trap my money.
              Why goibibo is using my money ?

                  Dear Sir / madam

                  I had booked through your company flight to Philadelphiya . Mr Naveen Gupta was my travel advisor.

                  I had asked for booking through economy ticket for travel of my daughter to USA on 6 December 2020 and return back on 26 Dec 2020. Lot of discussion took place and finally we converged to Air India flight from Delhi to Chicago and connecting flight to Philadelpia from Chicago and back

                  To my surprise I found the USA segment was so expensive and I cross-checked through your Application and called through American Airlines Website on the fares. To my shock I found the fares only half the amount which was charged on my ticker. I did communicate to Mr Naveen Gupta on the high cost immediately and sent him the screenshots from GOIBBO application itself which shows the fare of Rs 15K + for round trip.

                  He told me he will revert back to me and help me out . I sent email reminders today and i have not received any reply from him or any action to revert back the excess fare collected from me

                  When i saw the ticker i was shocked to see the CHICAGO – PHILADELPHIA – CHICAGO Segment was booked First class though i asked for economy class only. I can see in the ticket which was issued first class .

                  Either way I am in deep trouble as this is not what i asked for. I feel i was misguided and wrongly booked by Goibbo service personal

                  Please help me to reverse the excess fare collected from me for my USA segment of the ticket

                    We booked flight ticket for 10th Apr'20.
                    After the flight got suspended due to covid pandemic, we suffered a lot to get the credit voucher, but on last 21st October'20 Goibibo cancelled the credit voucher and showed "refund to be processed" to bank account.
                    But they didn't refund the amount to our bank account instead they are showing the amount in Gocash wallet. Goibibo chat support is only available with their convenient options which I beleive not useful for the customers at all, there is no option to reach to physical agent though phone calls.

                    The plan we made one 1 year before can not remain same as present so its not necessary that we need to travel through Goibibo.
                    We aggressively want our money refund to our bank account, we dont want Goibibo to have hold our cash in their hand.
                    Register my complaint and refund our money to our bank account at the earliest instead of wallet.

                        We have booked the ticket through goibibo dated on 23rd May'2020 and 28th March'2020 vide PNR no 6E/UMD84A and ZJ9I2J. Indigo refund the same amount of Rs. 4150 and Rs.7498. But it was showing goibibo credit shell and still not credited my account after the several follow up. So we need help to credit the same amount in my account.

                          Hi, We made an international booking in April 2020 from Goibibo, but that got cancelled due to this coronavirus situation. They promised a travel voucher in liew of the cancelled booking. Now, we want to make a new booking using that travel voucher, but through Goibibo's website we are not able to do that. When we click "View & Manage booking" on https://www.goibibo.com/mysupport/trips/, all we are getting is a blank page.
                          We tried contacting goibio's customer care, but not able to talk with any customer care executive.
                          We urge the company to resolve our query as soon as possible.

                            While I was booking a flight ticket, money got deducted from my credit card account and booking got failed, hence ticket was not issued. This happened on 12 October 2020. There is no way you can speak to goibibo customer care or there is no email id. You only get automated reply. My bank has confirmed that money has been received on merchant bank account on 13th Ocotber with Authorization code 026202. Could you please help me.

                            Have contacted goibibo through twitter and mark its CEO in the same twit. Thay replied quickly and resolve the issue.

                                Dear Sir
                                I had booked tickets for 4 passengers (PNR G8W9MC split later for 3 passengers with additional PNR and EYHN4J & CBCPVJ.
                                The Airline has confirmed that they have processed refund on 15th Oct 2020, response to my grievance# 2309996 and 2342818 registered at Ingram portal and have asked me to contact travel agent Goibibo.com.
                                However Goibibo.com doesn't have a customer support number which works nor e-mail id i can write to to contact. They only provide a web form to raise refund request which gives error and no other options.
                                Kindly consider this and take necessary actions to get Goibibo respond annd refund. Thank you

                                It is regrettable that this Goibibo is totally a bunch o[censored]nprofessional and unethical people who doesn't care about customer service. There is no way to contact them other than their chat app which take us nowhere near the issue nor they would respond to provide resoltuion.
                                The airline has confirmed that they have processed the full refund of 4 passengers paid in middle of the month and the amount is stuck with Goibibo which doesn't care to refund promptly. At the same time, I already received without much delay the refund of tickets booked through Amazon-Cleartrip. Goibibo is useless and would prefer and also recommend not to use any of their services heceforth.

                                Today i was able to raise a ticket with Goibibo.com on refund base on directly cancelled with airlines, which they say will take 21-4 days for revert after coordinating with airlines. Note that the airline has already refunded the full amount to Goibibo exactly like Amazon-Cleartrip (which is already credited to my account last week) and still they need that much time. Totally unprofessional & unethical!!!

                                Note that the airline has already refunded the full amount to Goibibo.com exactly like Amazon-Cleartrip (which is already credited to my account last week) and still they need that much time. Totally unprofessional & unethical!!!

                                  It’s been more than 6 months following up with Goibibo about my refund status. Everytime they ask me to wait for 10-12 business days. The amount has already cleared from the airlines bt Goibibo is not crediting it into my account.

                                    I had booked an indigo flight ticket on 4th September for a travel date 30th September 2020. Due to some personal issues I extended my journey date to 31st Oct 2020. one day I tried to do a web check and then I saw that my flight time had been changed. Due to change in time I cancelled my booked ticket on 17th Oct 2020 and got a cancelled receipt showing a refund amount of Rs. 4106.

                                    I contacted the Indigo customer care team regarding my refund . they are saying they have refunded this amount to Go IBIBO.

                                    Now I requested you to please refund my Rs. 4106 into my bank account at the earliest.

                                      I had booked the tickets through Goibibo. PNR Number of Spicejet is XF836N. The airline cancelled the flight during April 2020 and initially put the money in the credit shell. After my request, they had initiated the refund through Goibibo. Now Goibibo folks are not responding to emails or calls. Their automated call disconnects after a few minutes. Their website page for refunds does not accept any request. While the airline has refunded the amount, Goibibo is refusing.
