Hi, We made an international booking in April 2020 from Goibibo, but that got cancelled due to this coronavirus situation. They promised a travel voucher in liew of the cancelled booking. Now, we want to make a new booking using that travel voucher, but through Goibibo's website we are not able to do that. When we click "View & Manage booking" on https://www.goibibo.com/mysupport/trips/, all we are getting is a blank page.
We tried contacting goibio's customer care, but not able to talk with any customer care executive.
We urge the company to resolve our query as soon as possible.
