I had a booking on 13 Mar from Gorakhpur - Lucknow through Alliance Air and my booking ID is GOFLDSTMOBGBWOT65253, PNR NO.- XPNKDG in the name of Kaihkasha Parveen. The flight was cancelled by the airline but I have still not received the money back.

In the help and support menu of tha app there is no option to raise a concern and there is no option to make a call.

    Our outbound Air India flight from BOM to CCU was scheduled on October 9th, 2023.
    Unfortunately, my elder sister unexpectedly passed away on October 5th, 2023 early morning. My nephew Harshal Mehta called your associates several times on October 5th to change our outbound Air India flight from October 9th to October 5th several times without any success. My nephew Mr. Harshal Mehta also called Air-India several times, & finally he was able to communicate with one associate, it was advised that the booking was done with goibibo, so Mr. Harshal Mehta should contact with goibibo, & the attempts were unsuccessful. We are requesting our Air India ticket refund, you may deposit the money with Mr. Harshal Mehta’s account.

    Mr. Harshad Mehta had already included Mrs. Heena Doshi’s (my sister)death certificate for your review to process our refund. In case, if you still need a copy, please let me know, so I can provide as soon as possible. A response to this would be highly appreciated.

      I have booked room on 5th Oct at Vizag Zostal but due to some emergency I was unable to check-in on that day. As I asked refund from Zostal, vizag but they refused as they said you have booked room from goibibo so they shoild be responsible. I have already send emails and complain for the same but didn't received response. So I am requesting for my refund as I didn't checked in so refund should be provided.

          Hello Goibibo,
          I made a flight booking on Goibibo from Canada, using a canadian phone number.
          I made this booking on Goibibo's website but without creating a goibibo account.
          I have my Goibibo booking ID but it is showing incorrect flight details.
          Also, I misspelled my email ID so I do not have my flight ticket on my email.

          Can you help me by updating my email or sending my flight ticket to an alternate email?

            I made an email id on ibibo.com long back and registered my facebook account with it. Now i am stuck as i cant login my facebook which requires an OTP which has been sent to the ibibo id I made. Kindly help me retrieve my email . My ID: neelam.[protected]@ibibo.com

              Dear Sir, I had booked 3 tickets from Amritsar to Mumbai dated 27th May 2023 with Go first airlines PNR of my ticket was FBIP2A but this flight was cancelled by airlines, I have already requested goibibo for this refund and reminded them multiple times but till date I have not received my refund.
              Kindly look into the matter.

                  We have booked a ticket of 3 people and there is no REFUND yet from GOIBIBO, we paid to GOIBIBO, now its there responsibility to pay us back.
                  They are just giving fake commitments.
                  We booked ticket long back May 5, and todays date 23 September.

                    I have received your email about refund stats after requesting, but did not receive any refund. As I paid for GOIBIBO, I want REFUND from GOIBIBO.

                    Please note that the deadline for returning my money is over now, i'll wait for 7 more days and remind you about my refund every 48hrs. If i do not receive any refund by 7 days from today's day then, i will Proceed Legal action against GOIBIBO.
                    I will file a legal case against GOIBIBO.

                    To avoid any inconvenience, please send my money/refund. Once I file a case it wont get REVOKE.

                        I have booked a hotel of Lonavala Hotel Manik Moti on 16 August 2023. Due to some reason we could not go so we canceled the hotel. According to Gobibo's policy the hotel was 100% refundable. I canceled the hotel on 18th August and the date when my refund was to come was 5th September to 7th September 2023. I have sent my bank statement to Gobibo. Neither have I received my refund of Rs 6514 from Gobibo yet nor is Gobibo calling me. Always gives me 24-48 hours time. Help me to get my 6514 rupees back

                                  I booked a flight from Leh-Mumbai through GoIbibo on Indigo airlines. Due to change in plans, I cancelled my flight directly at Indigo airlines site. The refund it said would be credited by GoIbibo.
                                  On submitting the refund request at the GoIbibo portal of my trips ... modify bookings... submit refund request... it flashes a message for 2-3 seconds as contacting airlines, and the screen goes blank. Tried it 8-10 times, same result. There is no customer care of goIbibo email link to lodge the complaint as well.

                                    The ride was cancelled on the request of Bus driver as he refused to enter the Delhi zone due to flooding.
                                    After cancellation Rs. 1792/- is still pending for the refund as its been 13 days delay on your part to process the refund.

                                      An amount of Rs. 25, 720 was received by customer on 23rd July 2023 from Goibibo against a flight cancellation by SpiceJet airlines, which was received by Goibibo on 24th of June 2023, as communicated by the SpiceJet.
                                      So I requested them repeatedly to explain why I should not get the interest for holding the payment intentionally for one month, but yet to receive their reply. They can not deny my legitimate claim with your silence. It is not the amount but I question there intention.
