I am trying to book a flight from credit shell given by Indigo Airlines for the PNR YL4M9T which was booked on goibibo platform. I also received a mail and an SMS from Indigo Airlines stating that they have protected my booking in the form of credit shell for the mentioned PNR. I am unable to fetch the credit shell details from the goibibo website. Please find the attached screen shot.

    Hello, today i booked a ticket for flight my money was deducted from my account but the ticket is not booked yet there is no ticket found in my account i tried to call customer care lots of time but there is no response all numbers are unable to contact or not able to call!

      I have booked flight for mar 25-2020 from hubli to chennai.
      They given credit shell since flight got cancelled due to covid.
      Now i am trying to book flight from belgaum to trichy by using credit shell.
      But in their website no option available for using credit shell.

      Customer care not approachable. No email option available to get information.
      Very worst support.

      How can i get my money back instead of credit shell?

      Could you help me to resolve this.

      Person from this number- [protected] called me and saying they only give voucher code to get money from Google pay or phone pay.
      I am asking to send money back to the Original account from which i have made payment (On-line).
      But still he say it will be paid through voucher code or use your friend phonepay to redeem this voucher.

      I don't want all this. I want the money should be paid back to my bank account only.

      Who is attending this issue Goibibo?

      may be Hacker. Now his mobile is switched off.
      Don't respond to any one saying we will pay money by credit voucher through google pay or pone pay.

      He tried to use me some voucher code RFC...AZ on saturday. I Neglected and told him to pay to my account only. Now his mobile is switched off.

      Be cautious with this people.

      All this happening because Goibibo not explicitly communicating situation about credit shell and the process to the customer

      Goibibo saying amount cannot be transferred to bank account and they will give voucher code to redeem money from UPI apps. They said this government instruction.Is it True?

      Why there is no update from Goibibo regarding this and why Option to use credit shell not available?

        I have booked hotel from goibibo for date -27th august to 30th august. My booking id is htlm95d222. I have booked against full refund cancellation policy before 26th august. I have cancelled my trip on 24th of august. And i still didn't receive refund as of now - today is 25nd september. I called goibibo customer care more than 18 times. Each time i get response that we are working on your ticket and backend team member or supervisor will call back you, but i never received a single call from their end. I guess no one in goibibo cares about their customers and it seems like they are trying for some kind of fraud here. I also get to know during this conversation that goibibo & makemytrip both have merge and no one cares about customer. I request authorities (If any) to take this on priority and provide me refund asap.

          I booked a round trip flight dxb-del and pandemic stuck because of which the airline cancelled all the flights. The booking was initiated by the travel service provider goibibo and was responsible for a refund processing as well. On 18th sep when i got a message that your refund has been processed it was processed rs. 3636.00 less than the transaction value.

            Please refund money for air ticket pnr pn7t9k
            Please refund money for pnr pn7t9k because indigo have informed that they have already refunded full amount to goibibo on 26th august 2020. They have also informed that goibibo should refund full amount. Your ivrs toll free numbers are useless and don't proceed after putting in required information. There is no other way to contact you. There is no email also. Ticket was booked thought kodak mahindra bank mobile app on 10th january 2020 for flight on 17th may 2020. Covide 19 pandemic lockdown was declared on 24th march 2020. It's almost 6 months and we are waiting for refund. Now indian government has also issued advisory to all airlines to refund full amount. But you are illegally holding back my money. So refund full amount otherwise i will be compelled to take legal action which mean's dgca has told supreme court that airlines have to refund money.

              I cancelled the booking (Pnr-v5nqa7, for delhi to leh flight on 06.06.2020 for one person amounting rs.7750.00) made with goibibo by consulting directly with air vistara (The airline for the ticket) customer care on 14.05.2020 with confirmation of full refund, and they also sent mail for full refund confirmation. But till date nothing done by goibibo for refunding the amount

                  I booked my cab from bangalore to madurai, travel dated 23 sep. Within 2 hours into travelling the so called the best car service providers car battery had malfunction which could have been avoided if they tested the vehicle before sending for 440 km journey. The driver took the car to a isolated service center when there were many automobile service shops were there in the highway of krishnagiri and after 1 hour of wait the driver told it will take another 4 hours to repair the car and i asked for a replacement car but he asked me to take some local car service. When i contacted goibibo customer care they were very irresponsible and made me wait in that place stranded with only men and to add to add to that it was not a residential area too. When i was concerned about my safety being a female travelling alone, they never seem to even care about that. I had a very pathetic day and i missed my client meeting as the alternate unsanitised car dropped me off only by 7pm that night. Cab ref. Number: carpifrf6a11gns

                    I booked a flight ticket for family from hyderabad to imphal that should be travelled on 18th april 2020. The ticket numbers are[protected] and[protected]. The flight has been cancelled due to lockdown from air india side.
                    Goibibo was keeping refunded amount in credit shell/voucher. Our family will not be possible go there (All family members came in pune).
                    I tried to contact many times to goibibo customer care. I have written the email to airindia customer care and spoke with their customer care.
                    Airindia customer care is saying that the refund should be initiated from goibibo.

                          Hi,

                          I am writing to you to bring it to your notice about an issue that is troubling me, about flights (Pnr - vlw87d and pnr - b6p64f)

                          The issue that i have experienced was: my flight tickets (Pnr - vlw87d and pnr - b6p64f) got cancelled by the airlines due to pandemic situation and the airlines have sent the refund amount to goibibo as i booked the ticket through goibibo. They have sent the refund amount on 7th august to goibibo. However i have not received any intimation from goibibo about that, neither i got back the refund amount.

                          There is no easy way to reach out goibibo customer care executive. The chat bot they placed in the app is useless.

                          Can you please help me to get the issue resolved and get my money back?

                            I had made a flight booking from Birmingham to Bangalore for 13 May 2020, however the flights were cancelled due to pandemic situations. It is been more than 130 days since cancelling I have not received refund yet. Goibibo kept on blaming Air India for delaying refund but the fact is goibibo is not making any progress on the refund.

                            I request that goibibo submit refund application to Air India, if not already submitted, or follow up on submitted application. My eticket number is[protected].

                              I have booked a flight ticket from mumbai to varanasi on today i. E. 21/09/2020. My booking id is-"gofldmtandfb35b[protected]".

                              While booking process i have applied coupon code "firstfly" and it shows approx. 1116 discount. After discount my amount shows is approx. Rs.10646, and shows no cost emi option on payment page. So that i have chosen no cost emi of icici bank on the basis of 3 months. But when i made payment the total amount was deducted is rs.11511.87.

                              Therefore it's kind request you that kindly clarify the things asap and refund the coupon amount. I have used mail id while booking is-"[protected]@gmail.com". Another mail is nitya. [protected]@gmail.com.

                                Hi team,

                                I have booked the flight tickets from pune to udaipur for 4th sept 2020. Then i rescheduled the flight for 8th sept 2020.

                                But due to some issue with flight operator. They have rescheduled my flight to 9th sept 2020.

                                Also their i had an option thta i can cancel my flight without any cost, if i don't want to travel on that date.

                                So i have cancelled my booking. I got the message that i will be refunded back in 5 to 7 days.

                                But my complete money is not refunded yet. I have only received the refund of the money that was spent on rescheduling my flight that is 2300.

                                Still my whole money for flight booking is not yet refunded yet to me ie. 12502 rs.
