My name is richiesh dinker, i contacted indigo airlines, they have refunded my ticket amount to goibibo for 5 tickets. Its been two months, i contacted goibibo through phone where no one is answering, through mail where its saying this email doesnt work. Booked a flight ticket via goibibo for my wife and infant. Airline is airindia from new delhi to london on 8th april.

Not getting any response from goibibo or its customer care. Tried calling and online help service and only ivr and robotic chat are happening.

Looks like they are not at all putting effort to provide a refund of my booking....

I had a flight on 17th March 2020 with Indigo airline booked from Goibibo.

On 15th, i recieved information from indigo that the scheduled flight got cancelled and they proposed a new and totally different itenarary. They gave the option to either accept the alternate flight or get the full refund.
