I have paid the food licence renewal fees of rs. 7504.72 through fssai portal on 25 july 2018 with the help of my union bank of india net banking but neither had i received "form b"nor the amount has been reverted back to my account. I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. Would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved. Payment details : Bank : union bank of india.
