[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bank debited but transaction failed | |
This is the second time that i have lost my cash when i was booking a hotel room with goibibo app.I was tried to book room with UPI payment but my a/c got debited and the booking were unsuccessfull.Once again i tried up with UPI and this time it shows transaction processing.So finally i booked by using my debit card.And till now the lost cash from my account has not been refunded.See the attachments for further evidence.Kindly take immediate action for the same goibibo team.
