[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking and payment deduction problem

I was trying to book my air ticket on 14may19 at 10:39:55 from oman (Muscat) to india (Allahabad).

But due to some your internal problem my ticket was not booked and my money got deducted.
How i got my refund back.

Message what i got from bank after deduction is:
Sbidrcard x9856 used for rs29639.00 on 14may19 athdfs2i01 txn#998302

As I mentioned in earlier i don't have any booking id or payment id..i have only bank deduction msg that is showed my mony is gone to your (goibibo group pvt limited) and one more thing can you update me in how much days i got my mony back...
