[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking cancelled by goibibo executive without my permission | |
Dear sir, I have done two days hotel booking in puri in sagar tarang residency through goibibo website. 1) booking at *sagar tarang residency certified by gostays* from *23 dec* to *24 dec* has been confirmed. Booking id for further reference is *htljsruvgz* 2) booking at *sagar tarang residency certified by gostays* from *24 dec* to *25 dec* has been confirmed. Booking id for further reference is *htl8qmm5hp* These bookings have not been cancelled by me. Without my permission goibibo executive cancelled my bookings. This is against the law and harassment to customers. Goibibo executive is giving me excuses of technical issues in terms of booking rates. Even make my trip was showing same rates yesterday. Such excuses is intolerant. Even on my warning to goibibo executive, he had gone ahead with cancellation without my permission. It is rediculous.
