Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Booking for airlines tickets

Hi,

I had booked for 2 persons for travelling from Kolkata to Hyderabad on the 28th of March 2020. I had made the payment and it got debited from my account but the transaction shows payment failed on your side. Amount Rs 6984, ref :BIL : GI: 001945, PAYMENT MADE FROM ICICI BANK.

Attaching in the email what my bank had written and asked from the merchant to provide to further investigate in the matter, ,

If the transaction is unsuccessful or failed. The funds will be reversed to your account within 7 days from the date of transaction.

If the payment was not received by the merchant, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant (which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction i.e., March 20, 2020) with the below mentioned details to assist you further:
