I booked an 'air india' ticket yesterday through goibibo. My money was debited from my account but my booking has not been confirmed. It has been more than 24 hours. Their customer care number is always busy and i have also sent several emails and got no reply yet. Their customer care service is very poor. I need a booking confirmation immediately.
