Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bus booking issues | |||||
I've booked bus ticket via goibibo on dec 13 2018 from bangalore to chennai (Ts[protected]ciuq) in national travels sleeper class. Boarding point was tin factory, it is said that it will be a pickup van/bus while booking. Pickup time is said as 10.45 and some contact numbers have been provided by goibibo. I was waiting at the boarding point and trying to call the operator but that numbers switched off and no response. By that time volvo bus arrived the point, i asked him for the pickup but he told this is not the bus bus coming behind after that i received a call from an other bus driver that i have to go in volvo and it is the pickup bus for me. After a long struggles i got into that pickup bus, but there is no seat for me because it is an reserved bus for other passengers. Finally they dropped me in madiwala told to wait, i have been waited for more than 30mins in road but no bus came or any information from the operator. I have called goibibo support but after long time it has been connected 14 dec 2018 12.02am and spoken with an executive, he also checked with that contact details he also can't able to contact the operator so he informed me to wait for 10mins so he will get back to me. Time only runs but no call from him, by around 12.40am bus arrived the point. There is no response for my complaint made on that time so i raised that complaint again after 1 month. Now they made a conference call with the operator but he was very rude and harsh in that call not respond to my complaint. After that issue one executive called me and said that only apologize can said not more than that can been done because i have made the travel and i have not complaint on that day itself. But i've made a complaint on that day itself but there is no response from goibibo but they are saying they don't have any data base in there system, but i have the call recording of that day complaint. It shows that goibibo is having only the positive feedback on there database and all negative feedbacks are erased in there database. Goibibo is not at responding to the pssengers complaint, they simply saying it won't happen next time and we have taken action on the operator or else saying that we are not bus operators we are just an agent for ticket booking. So i need a proper solution on this complaint and also need an assurance for this will not happen next time and if it happens what they are going do the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Team see my issue on parioty basics my Train ticket not confirm but amount not refund .I confirm to IRCTC side refund status ok but pending with goibibo side ..
