[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bus booking made on 1st july | |||||
I booked a bus from goibibo from lucknow to delhi, the operator confirmed the bus number and the seat number. When the time came, they asked me to switch bus and seats to an upper to which i was not okay with and said no. The goibibo team and the bus operator jagdamba tourism left me stranded in the middle of the road and in a very unsafe environment. They told me they were not going to give me seats and the bus left without even stopping. All i was offered by goibibo was a refund. I suffered immensely and ended up sitting on the road till now with nowhere to go in a very unsafe environment. They had taken extra money from someone and booked my ticket which has become a habit of goibibo and the travel companies. I will miss my meeting which is going to cost me a lot and also now loss of time and money in trying to reach delhi. Was this information helpful? | |||||
