Dear sir I have ticket booked from red bus. During the bus booking departure time showed in red bus website 20:30 bombey to ahmedabad (Egale falcon travels) and 16 seat available as same showed in dual bus available in red bus when i have selected first bus and booked ticket on time 17:53 After booking i have received ticket for time 17:55 and i have call received form travels operater time on 19:05 and i have gone boarding 20:15 and i have call to travels agent and he say your bus is depart so you arrange other travels after i have called to red bus support team but not any help by support team. Also i have cashless transaction and not available cash money so many problems observed travelling with redbus Was this information helpful? | |||||
