Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancellation of hotel booking because of global epidemic.

I booked 3 rooms in a hotel fern surya resort at kasauli through goibibo reference htl 28k4dgy for april 3-4. Since govt has issued advisory refraining all travels, we have tried innumerous ways and time to reach goibibo and the hotel to reschedule our stay if not cancellation with full refund.
The hotel number provided continues to be unattended and goibibo has a stupid ai based attendant who would not understand anything and keep on repeating nonsense as a parrot.

Goibibo does not have any contact number or email id to address the issue. Please help.

Updated by Jeetendra Garg I have again tried to reach the hotel on the phone nos provided by Goibibo with no response. Also, no response from Goibibo so far. While on similar note, I have received the refund from Agoda and Indian Railways the other bookings done by us for this trip.
