Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Cancelled tickets amount not refunded

I had booked a flight ticket in last week of april most probably on 26th april on my daughter's name for 5th june from bangalore to ahmedabad via bombay. That i had cancelled because of some reasons. Unfortunately i don't have the pnr no any booking details because of that i haven't given any complend. But as per my information this refund should come automatically without any complend or information like other cancellations of irctc or any other companies cancellations. Requested to please arrange to refund me the due amount. Gajendra dubey
