Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Cheat and Fraud/HTLEAZM5H3/PNR: [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, This is with reference to my visit on 3rd July 2021, I have booked a hotel booking " IRCTC guest House" for 6 bed rooms having complimentary breakfast via booking reference "HTLEAZM5H3" for one complete day worth Rs. 2719. The above booking confirmed by Ibibo team also. All booking vouchers and SMS has been received to me. During my visit when I am going to stay their no official at the IRCTC counters and some cleaning staff informed us that hotel is closed since last year due to COVID 19 pendamic. I am totally susprised and confused that: 1. How can Ibibo booked this hotel and taken money where hotel itself is closed since last 1 year. 2. No phone call please picked by any official and customer care executive at that time. 3. Me and my whole family are so harrased due to this fraud by go Ibibo. 4. Not only this I am also surprised that go ibibo team has given me official messages and whatapp regarding feedback of your services which we have not taken at all. 5. Due to this cheat and fraud, I have to book another hotel and do expense on fooding worth Rs. 7000 approx. I want clarification on this cheat which has done by go ibibo team on me and my family. Want all my money refund from goibibo: 1. Rs. 2719 which was taken from me for no service provided. 2. Rs. 7000 which I have incurrent in replacement of your cheat. 3. Rs. 10000 for harrassment of mine and my family with your third class and cheated service. Hope I will receive quick reply on the cheat and company will penalise all official who have included in this trap of fraud.
