मुझे goibibo से मेसेज भी प्राप्त हुआ / जिसकी डिटेल है

लेकिन मेरे बूंदी राजस्थान मे उसी दिन कुछ काम आ गया था / तो मेने जो कांटेक्ट नंबर इस टिकेट मे दे रखे है उसपर कांटेक्ट किया और उनसे बोला कि मेरा बोर्डिंग कोटा नहीं बूंदी रहेगा / तो Jaisrinath ji ki ट्रेवल्स कार्यालय से मुझे बताया गया कि ठीक है और ड्राईवर या उसका हेल्पर आपसे कांटेक्ट करलेगा /
मेरी तरफ से ओके हो गया /
लकिन फिर 9 बजे कार्यालय से फ़ोन आया मेने बूंदी बाईपास के लिय बोल दिया उन्होने हा बोला और बोला ड्राईवर या उसका हेल्पर आपसे कांटेक्ट करलेगा /मे फ्री हो गया फिर मे गुरुद्वारा बूंदी आ गया और बस का इन्तेजारकरने लगा / लकिन मेरे को रहां नही गया और मेने 10.30 पर वापस कार्यालय कोटा मे कॉल किया उन्होने ने फिर यही बोला बस वाला आपसे बात करलेगा फ़ोन से, मेने फ़ोन कट करदिया और मे वेट करने लग गया / इन्तेजार करते करते 11.45 हो गये थे लकिन बस वाले का कोई फ़ोन नही आया फिर मेने बूंदी गुरूद्वारे के पास नवरंग travles वाले से पूछा तो बताया गया बस तो निकल गई/मेरे पास अब कोई आप्शन मही रहा फिर एक पाली जाने वाली बस आई मे उसमे बैठा और जय श्रीनाथजी कि बस ड्राईवर के नंबर नवरंग ट्रेवल्स वाले से लिय और उसके फ़ोन किया तो ड्राईवर ने बोला मे नसीराबाद मिल जावौंगा/ मे उस पाली वाली बस मे बैठ गया और केकरी पंहुचा और ड्राईवर के फ़ोन किय बात हुई और ड्राईवर ने बोला मे वेट करलूँगा नसीराबाद मे वह पहुचा देखा वहा कोई बस नही है और मेने ड्राईवर के फ़ोन किये ( 15 कॉल मिनिमम )
लकिन ड्राईवर ने फ़ोन रिसीव नही किया और मे नसीराबाद मे beawer (अजमेर) पहुचा /और वहा देखा जोधपुर के लिय कोई बस नही मे 5 बजे तक वह इधर से उधर भटकता रहा और मे अभी 10 बजे मेरे घर पंहुचा और मेरी तबियत भी ख़राब हो गी जी कारण मे ऑफिस भी नही जा पाया /तो सर आपसे निवेदन है कि आप उपयुक्त निर्णय ले और मुझे जो मेरा नुकसान हुआ है वो भुगतान करे/ भविष्य मे ऐसी गलती न हो जिससे pessangers को तखलीफ़ and मनीwaste न हो /

BUS BOOKING TERMS
APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC BUS BOOKING TERMS.
GOIBIBO RESPONSIBILITIES DOES NOT INCLUDE
The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.
The bus operator's employees being rude.
The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).
The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
