8th March, I had styed in the hotel, but I had a double booking by mistake and paid the amount to GOIBIBO, who's customer service executive reconfirmed the re-impartment. But till date (28th July 2021) the amount or credit note hasn't received to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com or my phone number [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
