Hi i had booked a train ticket for travelling to mangalore and coming back from there due to ongoing corona virus both the tickets were cancelled and gota message that refund will be initiated, but i only received refund in my account for going to mangalore from here, i did not receive refund for return ticket for coming from there although the ticket is showing cancelled, i tried customer service it keeps on going to automated ivr and also tried chat, it says no representative available for chat, please check and refund back the money for screen shot attached +2 photos Was this information helpful? Hey hii i have not yet received credit for refund request raised instead got a fraud call where the caller had said he is from ibibo support and told me to download team viewer app and than asked me to enter my card details, as soon as I realised there was fraud abt to happen I closed that call immediately, I have also attached the number from which the caller was asking me to enter card details in app and also had asked me google verification code and had taken remote access please look into it as soon as possible
