[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — deduction of balance from my account

Dear sir,

For your information, on[protected], a balance of rs.2, 130/- has been deducted from my federal bank account, towards the payment of pay2all

The amount has been debited to my account with transaction details below:

Transaction type:shopping mall payment
Initiator account : jayakumar d
Transaction date (Dd-mm-yyyy):[protected]

Beneficiary nickname :ibibo web pvt ltd
Beneficiary account number:[protected]
Transaction amount :inr 2, 130/-

Bill reference info : [protected]

The amount has been debited to my account and payment process for item pay2all is not done.

Kindly do the necessary to clear amount for the further processor refund the amount.
