Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Delay in Refund request

We had our tickets booked for Air India flight from LHR to ATQ on 1st Feb 2020, which was cancelled by the airline .Its been 9 months since we have raised the refund request with GoIbibo and still have not received the refund.

I have tried calling goibibo customer care numerous times. However, I am not able to get a response on the status of the refund and why is it taking so long when the Airline takes only 7 days to process the refund.

I have dropped many emails to [protected]@goibibo.com but haven’t got any response. Its a customer experience of the Worst quality and i feel cheated. I dont think i would recommend anybody for any services through GoIbibo.

Ita been 9 months since the cancellation of the rlight but the refund has not been issued.
