[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — failed booking | |||
I had made a Hotel booking through Goibibo for a stay at Wooden Home, Kothagiri for stay from July 5th to 7th. My booking ID is : HTLZJND5HC. When I reached hotel i was informed that booking never happened. I contacted goibibo CC and registered a complaint. Neither did i get any response nor any refund of Rs. 9268. I booked train ticket Chennai to hyderabad in goibibo app because of irctc issue the booking was cancelled but refund not credited In app showing its refunded for this company there is no helpline number and they are not responding for mail also

I booked train ticket for Kachiguda to Madurai on 13 July 2019 but the ticket is not confirmed but the payment that I have done through online is deducted from my bank account.
And it says that booking is under process.
