[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — fake hotels on goibibo | |
I recently booked hotel for my colleague who was visiting chennai for official purpose. I booked oyo 7224 krishna prasad in chennai (Booking id: htlpyy8v63) for september 20th 2018. She reached late night and was searching for the hotel, shockingly there was no such hotel in that given premises. She searched for nearly 1 and half hour and later had to opt for other available hotel in the area. I have already paid via online payment. I really want to take this situation very strictly and will officially register complaint in consumer court so we can highlight this big issue. Money wasted, colleague went from lot of trauma.
