[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight delayed by 3 hrs & ticket refund as per promise | |||
Dear, As you know 18th may 19, 01: 05 flight g8-346 - bom to del flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to technical problems (They make us shift/change the flight) & cause of that hema mane who booked tickets via goibibo, (Pnr no - y57u4s) missed the connecting flights to srinagar. Also all the hotel bookings of srinagar got messed up due to delay of bom to del flight. For this goibibo has to compensate me i. E hema mane hole tickets cost of bom to del & del to sxr. And this compensation has been promised by your delhi airport deputy manager ankush kakkar also after two hrs of discussion. Even after go air delhi counter guys make us wait & suffer for more than 2 hrs for this commitment. So you also don't do same! And compensate us as soon as possible. I have cancelled my Bus Booking PNR 54KQBCC5 before a month of Rs 375/- in Goibibo App.
But till I did not get my refund. Till its status showing "Cancellation in progress.
Kindly look into the matter.
