Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight refund process | |
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i, ms. Soma pal was about to travel with my aunt and cousins to mumbai from kolkata on 21st march 2020 via air asia flight i5-316, booking id: gofldand[protected], which was booked on 28th january 2020. But, due to the covid 19 pandemic we decided to reschedule our flight to september end. We then spoke to the air asia customer support team and they had rescheduled the flight to 18th september 2020. On 20th august 2020, i had received a message from air asia airlines that our flight had been cancelled and they have provided us options to refund our money or credit the money to the air asia credit account. I then spoke to the customer care team of air asia and they told me that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 14756/- and they will transfer the money to the account of the travel agency via which we had purchased the earlier tickets. As i then saw my go ibibo account i could find out that the tickets had not been cancelled from your end and it is marked as "trip completed". I therefore, kindly request you to mark the trip of 21st march 2020 from ccu to bom as rescheduled and refund me the full amount as soon as possible in my account number given below.
