Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo delay in refund or no action | |||
I had booked ticket on 25 jan booking id: n6efg7its. Flight was from ahemdabad to delhi by pnr-fg7its of indigo flight amount 5, 378. Ticket got cancelled due to covid 19. I have been confirmed by goibibo for returning refund on 16 july by email and by message on mobile on 24 july. But no action has been taken so far. Attaching snapshot for both. Kindly help.
