[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — goibibo isn't refunding insured flight | |||||
I booked a flight from jabalpur to hyderabad and then a connecting flight from hyderabad to pune dated 26th july 2017 for me, my wife and my infant baby. The flight was insured by the insurance listed on goibibo website only while booking ticket. After booking ticket i got flight itinerary as well as insurance certificates for all the passengers where detailed terms and conditions were mentioned. I had to cancel all these bookings as my infant baby got sick suddenly and got hospitalized. I have already provided supporting documentation to goibibo 2 since 2 months. It is clearly mentioned in the policy terms and conditions that this is insured for hospitalization of non pre-existing medical conditions. I have been chasing them since then for my insurance claim but no gain. Was this information helpful? | |||||
