I confirmed with srilankan Airlines, they are providing full refund for my flight ticket, Since flight was cancelled by airline due to corona lock down. But travel agency (goibibo) not providing refund... Air lines gave me assurance, if agency cancel my flight ticket, sri lankan it lines will provide full refund for my ticket.
