[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo not refunding the cancelled train tickets amount | |
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: train services The issue that i have experienced was: hi team, My name is Biren. My registered mobile no with goibibo is [protected]. I have two train tickets booked for may 19th and may 26th. Now that govt has cancelled all the train due to covid situation i have received an sms from irctc on 17th May stating that the amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days and it's been 12 days i have not received the amount yet from goibibo.Not even received the refund initiated message from Goibibo yet.Ideally when we book directly from irctc if they refund we get it in 2 3 days. I had couple of tickets for march which i had booked directly from irctc for which i got refund in 3 days. But this goibibo is not refunding my money. I have the details from irctc that the refund was processed on may 17th. The PNR number are: PNR# [protected] PNR# [protected] . There is noway to contact the goibibo customer. Their online assistance is worst big time. I would request you to escalate this to the highest possible level and get the amount refunded to the original payment mode asap.
