Dear team, I have book my hotel in goibo application my booking id htl3kpljgz name sachin saini hotel name oyo 17250 hotel ganesham, but hotel manger not provide my rooms and we (My family - 4 person) have worried last 3 hrs and we are waiting on road last 3 hrs. Goibo/oyo team not satisfaction answer and i have complain to consumer court for this condition for my family persons.
