Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Hotel booking refund request | |
HTL5J56U8Y, HTLZYUNCD6, HTLMX4DBWU, HTLRNEMKY7 Above 4 booking are hotel booking which I asked goibibo team to coordinate with hotel for refund. This booking are of June 2020 but due to lockdown I ammended booking date to June 2021. But still country is not open for tourism and won't be till jun-july. So we request team to go ahead with refund process. I raise this concern on 28 march 2021 and it been almost one month and I don't see any update/response from them. I didn't hear anything from goibibo yet. I also tried to submit refund request again from their self support portal but it takes me to blank page where I cannot do anything.just check screenshot.

I still haven't got my refund yet. I don't know where process is stuck. I asked them to refund money in wallet, but there is no response on that. Also i am not able to login in APP with Mobile number and Password. They have remove password login from app. It been more than 1 month still struggling to get refund.
