[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking rejected

Booked hotel in Shimla. Nabha Guest House. But hotel denied. They said they do not accept online booking. They havn't listed their hotel in goibibo. I want refund. And my complete day was wasted. Unprofessional behaviour from goibibo. I called goibibo customer care but they didnt responded. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere.
