I am dr. Vatsul sharma from chandigarh. I booked two rooms for 10th and 11th of august at oyo 10253 hotel winter line inn with booking id htld8wvq4e. When i reached the hotel in the evening, i looked at the hotel rooms. The condition of the rooms was pathetic, stinking rooms, broken furniture, washrooms used previously and not cleaned, bed linen with fresh food stains. I told the reception guy to upgrade rooms. He was polite and told me to contact goibibo to upgrade the rooms. I called up goibibo and spoke to their representative. She said i will be moved to other hotel as i was ready to pay the extra cost. She told me that a call would be arranged for me. I waited for an hour but dint get any call. I called up customer centre twice. The representatives were nice to me but i dint get a single call that was arranged for me. After waiting for two hours i moved to a nearby hotel. After checking in other hotel, i called up goibibo again. This time i was again told that a call has been arranged for me and my issue was not resolved. It has been almost a month, i have mailed goibibo countless times and called them. All their calls are recorded. I am asking for refund as the representative told me i would be shifted to other hotel. Goibibo people dont call back. They just close the ticket raised without asking you. I want my refund back.
