[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel check in issue / hotel defaulted | |||||
I have booked a hotel room through www.goibibo.com online on 19th july 2017 at 1.43am and made payment for the particular transaction through my card, immediately i received a booking confirmation through mail, for checking purpose yesterday evening i made a call to Hotel aryaas regarding my room confirmation, but they have informed me your room is not confirmed, you pls check with goibibo only not to us like that informed and i called yesterday night to goibibo customer care number and they informed regarding my complaint has been already forwarded to concern department and you will be receive a call with in 15 minitues and we will make arrangement for alternate property, but no one called me, from yesterday to till now i made en number of calls to that customer care, still they are saying same reason, sir please wait our concern team will working on it and we will make arrangement. I don't know how long they will work for to sort out my issues and i will not believe them further and i given much time to them to sort out my issues. so kindly help me in this regard and also enclosed copy of my room confirmation given by goibibo through mail for your reference.
