On 7th July i early checked in the hotel Surbhi guest house dharamsala booked through redbus and the hotelier denied to accept early check in and one of your employees named rahul apologised for the inconvenience and told me that a refund of rs 500 for additional services and a compensation of rs 500 will be initiated soon but no Action has been taken yet I haven't received any refund request till now Was this information helpful? | |||||
