[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I didn't receive the mentioned cashback. | |
I booked my ticket through goibibo. There was an offer that if i pay through paypal, i would get rs 800 in paypal account if it is my first paypal transaction on goibibo. Clearly, i have never made any transaction through goibibo let alone first ever paypal transaction through goibibo. But i didn't receive any cashback, and it is horrible. The customer support isn't responding, and live chat support is horrible. Kindly help with this. It is disappointing as i didn't get the aforementioned cashback. Unexpected behavior from the team.
