Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: hotels & resorts The issue that i have experienced was: i booked a oyo hotel from goibibo for 4th august named 64678 gunaba homestay, when i reached there it was locked and i stayed almost 1 hour there contacting customer care and all. Eventually no one came there and customer care shifted my stay to spot 71398 sk extension, when i reached at the hotel, he showed me a ac room with tv, geyser and was asking more 300 rupees where as goibibo said i will not have to pay extra. I said i booked a non-ac room with geyser just give me that he said no such room is available. Then immediately i moved out of the hotel. Now when i am asking for refund they are saying i stayed there for 1 hour hence it cant be refunded, but thats a lie why would i stay for 1 hour and can a hotelier present any proof of staying, any entry in the register or my id proof?
