Dear sir, i have a payment request from CSB BANK LIMITED Invoice ID: [protected] against opening an new NRO account (for initiating first payment), which iam coordinating with the bank manger . the payment was done from my union bank for india account and payment was successful ( payment reference id[protected] of IBIBO ) . amount was debited from my account and the neither the payment is received by the beneficiary who requested me to do the payment, nor it was credited back to my account in case if the payment was not successful. i have received my debit advise for 10000 inr and dint know where the money has vanished now, i kindly request you to do the necessary to either get back my money reimbursed or to credit it to the beneficiary to whom i had done the payment earlier.
