[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted but booking is still not confirmed | |
Hello there, This is mukesh dusane. I have booked a flight ticket for frankfurt to mumbai journey (Journey date: 26/04/2019). I booked this ticket at around 09:00 pm (German standard time). Now it is more than 12 hours, but it is still showing status as "booking in progress". The payment was already deducted from bank account, but i still have no updates regarding my booking.
